I ordered through the Uber app, and it wasn't even started when I went to pick it up. I waited about 15 minutes and ended up driving all the way home to discover I got the wrong order! I had to drive all the way back and wait even longer for the correct sandwiches. The woman was all by herself and that's no fun for anyone. From what I see, this location gets very low reviews, and corporate doesn't really seem to care! Very sad.

Placed an online order at 10:40am, app said it would be ready at 11:00am. Got there at 11:10 and my order had not even been started. There was only 1 customer in the store, and it still took 30 minutes to get my food. This is ridiculous!!!! Will not recommend this store to anyone. I guess customer service is not a priority

Ordered pick up at 5:30 pm, walked in at 5:37, the two employees were just starting the order. Neither of them greeted us or asked if we had an order for pick up. I had to ask if that was ours, one informed that they had run out of an item that was ordered. Left my son to wait while I had to leave for work. Now at lunch and not happy.

Consider the horrible location first of all! Customer service was unprofessional! When did it become accepted to wear the name tag on the side of your hat, & not properly on the left front shoulder. Nuts, bolts, & other debris covering parking lot!
