Meal was order online. I arrive at the time it was supposed to be ready. It was not, then was informed they were out of the bread we ordered, anf all bread but 2, the sauce and veggie. Took another 15 minutes to get order. Tables and counters needed to be cleaned. Then got home realize the two girls were to busy talking to actually put any sauce on it even though I asked repeatedly!!!! 😢
Don’t bother ordering online. They will put you to the side and do walk ins first. I do door dash and when I got there they said they were just starting the online orders now. A customer walks in after that and they immediately start her order. Lousy customer service
Two sandwiches took 25 mins even though we were the only people there. The sandwiches weren't wrapped all the way so half of it fell out. The half we did get to eat was okay.
My sub was horrible was very sloppy put together. Drenched in mayo and honey mustard wich i didn't order. Also gave me the wrong bread and literally 1 piece of meat. Highly disappointed and I wouldn't recommend it
Dear management: one person is not enough to run a subway. Stop being cheap and hire some help.
I ordered 3 sandwiches today. One sandwich had one line of mayo when it said extra mayo. & of course that was MY SANDWICH. My sandwich just tasted like bread and meat and was drenched in oil and vinegar. When I order here I want my sandwich saucey so it has more flavor! I could of bought bread and meat from save a lot and made me a sandwich if i wanted a plain sandwich. SO DISAPPOINTED. AND DONT BOTHER CALLING FOR A REFUND OR FOR THE TO REMAKE IT BECAUSE THEY DONT EVEN ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE!
I'm only giving this Subway 4 stars because of the company Subway, itself. However, this particular store is nice. The staff member was by herself but she did a great job, was personable, professional, and my sandwiches were delicious. Thank you!
I ordered through the Uber app, and it wasn't even started when I went to pick it up. I waited about 15 minutes and ended up driving all the way home to discover I got the wrong order! I had to drive all the way back and wait even longer for the correct sandwiches. The woman was all by herself and that's no fun for anyone. From what I see, this location gets very low reviews, and corporate doesn't really seem to care! Very sad.

Everytime I go here no matter who is working they have horrible customer service they make you feel like they don't want to make your food it's horrible service wouldn't recommend

Placed an online order at 10:40am, app said it would be ready at 11:00am. Got there at 11:10 and my order had not even been started. There was only 1 customer in the store, and it still took 30 minutes to get my food. This is ridiculous!!!! Will not recommend this store to anyone. I guess customer service is not a priority
