Whitney saved the day… our softball team was in town for a tournament, I needed 24 box lunches almost at a moment notice. She arrived to work early to ensure the order could be filled. So so grateful for her! Sandwiches were a hit with the team, they WON with this subway location. Thank

Went in for lunch, and noticed a whole new menu. A young Caucasian kid dark hair and glasses waited on me. I asked him the difference between cold cut sandwich and the all American sub, he looked all nervous and annoyed and looked at a young woman who was in the dining area as for help. He finally responded by saying the cold cut was like a bologna sandwich. Hmm?. Then after ordering he told me my total was $6.45. I gave him $20.50. When he gave me back my change of $13.05, I told him he owed me another $1. He stood arguing with me over my $1z told me he gave me the correct change. Even after I pulled out my phone and showed him on the calculator he still disagreed. So I asked him to see my receipt at which point I pointed out to him that he put in $20 and not the .50 cents I gave him. So much for the customer is always right. Seems like this younger generation are not taught how to count back change. Something as simple as giving them the tax after they put in the amount in the register can throw them off lol next time don’t be so quick to enter the amount in register without giving them he customers the chance to give you the change on their total and you won’t have to argue with customer or worry about what our change should be!!!

Girl making the sandwich today at 1145 was to busy staring at the boy in line to make a sandwich someone would want to eat. At least two times she cross contaminated my sandwich. It’s not worth it.

Me and my husband ate at this Subway in the walmart on the Southside and both of us got sick. So we will NOT be eating there ever again.

The training of the employees at this store is obviously very poor. I go there once in a while to see if anything changes. I see different employees but same slow terrible service. The owner apparently doesn't care about the customer, just the money.
