This place is a hidden gem! Recently moved to Pueblo and was craving some sushi. Seth did not disappoint. Delicious food, quick service and relaxing atmosphere. I will absolutely be back and highly recommend!
Great sushi, owner was our sushi chef and was great. Good was great!
The food was ok but for over $200 the portions were laughable, like seriously 6 shrimp and 4 scallops for over $40. My family did the habachi and it was very disappointing. We were expecting a show and that did not happen ,no fun, no conversation nothing. We tried to make conversation but got small remarks. We wanted an experience and left regretting our choice to dine here. The servers were nice but otherwise we wont be back.
Absolutely love this place
Amazing place, and the people are even better. This is a must if you're in Pueblo
Food was good. this business is in process of growing We can not wait to go back in like 6 months and see the growth.
This was the first time I had ever had a hibachi experience. The owner is extremely sweet, the service was amazing, everyone was very kind and happy to be there! The food was absolutely fantastic! 1000/10 definitely going back and taking the family!!!
I am embarrassed to say this but have lived in Pueblo most of my life and have never been to this AMAZING restaurant until this past Sunday! In a nutshell, my family and I travel distances for food this good while never knowing about this location. The food was absolutely incredible not to mention the service, environment, you name it! Whether you do hibachi or sushi, there is no place in town that can compare! I feel like they need more advertising and word of mouth for continued success, absolutely floored by the entire experience from "A to Z"! Give them a try, if you don't, you're missing out as we have been for many years! No other place in town compares!

Garrett was great, what an absolute fantastic experience. Great food as always.
I am overjoyed to have tried this establishment. I LOVE Hibachi Grills, but hated driving to Colorado Springs just to enjoy it. Now, even if I still lived in Colorado Springs, I would come to Suehiro. In my opinion, this restaurant tastes better and has better quality food than the place in Co Springs.

Had my birthday dinner here tonight and was so happy I did. Our dinner was delicious- we did hibachi (steak and shrimp, and chicken and shrimp) with Garrett. He did a great job with everything prepped for us. Julie was also super wonderful, she definitely did a great job making my birthday something fun and memorable.
Staff was so friendly and polite
Food was amazing
There was even a great spot for group pictures set up
For my birthday, I felt like they treated me like a princess and went above and beyond for me!

The hibachi chicken was the worst possible cut of chicken. There was as much fat/useless parts of chicken as edible parts. It had literally no flavor. The rice was also mushy, had very little egg in it, and less flavor! The cut of filet mignon was very low quality. We've ate hibachi all over the country and this was the absolute worst I've ever had. I'll never eat there again.

Pros: Sweet owners, salads have mixed veggies, hibachi is ?
Con: Ginger sauce instead of dressing
Id say the best Japanese food in Pueblo
We were met at the door and treated like royalty. The food was great and the chef did a remarkable job and showed off his great talent.
