Great menu of sushi. Tempura is great. Great jasmine tea. I wish they would have the fried banana dessert regularly.
The wait staff are fantastic despite the rude condescending and immature main sushi chef who is constantly berating them in front of customers
The service was great, but that was about it. The food was subpar and it's so damn dark you can hardly even read the menu. The bathroom was also dirty and the floor soaking wet. I wouldn't recxomend.
My first time going to this place and I really liked it, the food was really great, the beef bowl, crazy shrimp and gyozas were really good, it is worth going. We sat down and after 5 minutes food was already on the table very fast and efficient.
A good place to go to eat Japanese food and more sushi. The service is very good and fast and good prices. Tammi is the best
Always a fantastic experience, the food comes out so fast and tastes amazing. Clean environment and relaxing music is always playing, never too loud. Tammi is amazing and such a sweetheart, always attentive and genuinely cares. We love coming in when she's there!
Food always comes out fast and amazing. Tammi is always such a sweetheart and very attentive! Absolutely love this place
Hours posted say it closes at 9 pm. I walked in at 8:15 and was told they were no longer taking orders! I love sushi, and was really looking forward to trying this place.
Whole place was filled with smoke. Possibly burning food? Not sure. We left 🤢
Got my food to go and they don’t seem to care about the quality of to go orders I guess because when they bagged my items they put my 20$ sushi roll sideways in the bag and now it’s wasted! Not to mention they didn’t put any soy sauce in the bag. Must be the new employees. Please re-train your employees.

OK this place has been around for a while now and has steadily gotten more expensive with the quality of food on a steady decline. Also it probably hasn't been remodeled since it first switched from being Nachos Fireside. Invest some money into the place and stop putting starch fillers in the sushi and you will have a great restaurant again.
This place is so low-key, laid back, with some of the best sushi for an amazing price. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. The Miso soup is the best it feels like it heals your soul. The presentation is wonderful and so picture worthy. Oh and my daughter is still taking about how delicious the garlic edamame was.
The atmosphere is private, intimate, and almost out of a movie. Oh the water feature and the conversation pit were so unexpected, but so wonderful. The drinks were top notch.
We love this place and want to add it to our regular rotation of nights out.
Their prices online are not up to date. I got a creamy salmon roll and a hand roll. The website said the creamy salmon is $11.95, ifs actually $14.95, the hand roll online said $4.95 and it’s $6.95. HUGE price differences.
My boyfriend booked us a reservation for Valentine’s Day in advance they took his name and number. When we arrived 10 minutes prior to our reservation. They said they’re not taking anymore customer and everything was reserved. We stated to them that we did have reservations. Then she proceeded to say they already sat their last reservations of the night for 7:30z She proceeded to argue with us that we were not going to get seated. When I asked if she took the tables name and number she said “idk I don’t have the list anymore we just threw it out unless you guys are a table of four I sat the 7:30 reservations.”
We ask for the manager and she said she was the manager. Her name was Tammy she handled it very poorly . When we asked if we can talk to the owner we were told the owner doesn’t talk to customers. After sitting there arguing with us not trying to resolve the issue another couple came out and said the same thing happened to them. They said The manager got annoyed with them, and rudely squeezed them in like it was an inconvenience . We decided to leave because we didn’t want to be treated poorly and have our valentines ruined by a manager that doesn’t know how to problem solve.
We ended up at the river walk and went to BLUE OCEAN. Turned out amazing. They were very busy and only had 4 people working but managed to get us and 4 other walk in couples seated within 15 mins. The sushi and service was very impressive.
Sushi garden has decent sushi but the service they provided that night was awful. The management could use some people skills and improvement.
Blue ocean will be out go to from now on.
Food is… good. It’s not great, it’s good. I think as far as value, it’s much better than the local competition. If you want good, fair priced Sushi in Pueblo, give Sushi Garden and go, at the very least, you’ll leave full and still have money left over for bowl from Panda Express down the street.
