My son ordered salmon nigiri he ate it and said it tasted off smelled like ammonia. And he's been throwing up since...called to let them know and the chef pretty much said my son is a liar. That he's been a sushi chef for 30 years he knows when it's bad and it was cut this morning. So tell me if that's the case why is my son praying to the porcelain God. Raising the dinosaurs.
11/14/25 Terrible experience, we had a group of 5 and our sushi came out wrong. We were missing 3 rolls and had 2 rolls that we didn’t even order. Waited for the last roll to come out but everyone was already done eating and the waitress asked if we still wanted it. Once we got the check we were charged for the incorrect rolls, the manager did not seem to care at all and stated we had to pay for all of the rolls even though we didn’t order them but she never apologized nor asked to remove them from the table. The manager just communicated through the waitress and never came to us but we could see her rolling her eyes. The sushi is good but the service is TERRIBLE. I hope the manager gets some coaching and additional training to learn some customer service skills.

no eel-not most raw fishes but food variety, presentation & service makes up for that

Have gone to this place twice. Online it says they close at 9 the first time I went it was 830 and they said the kitchen closes at 8:30 so we had to go somewhere else a week later I went back at 8:05 and was told the kitchen closes at 8:00. I drive from pueblo west. Change your hours of operation if your not going to be open!
Great menu of sushi. Tempura is great. Great jasmine tea. I wish they would have the fried banana dessert regularly.
The wait staff are fantastic despite the rude condescending and immature main sushi chef who is constantly berating them in front of customers

The service was great, but that was about it. The food was subpar and it's so damn dark you can hardly even read the menu. The bathroom was also dirty and the floor soaking wet. I wouldn't recxomend.
My first time going to this place and I really liked it, the food was really great, the beef bowl, crazy shrimp and gyozas were really good, it is worth going. We sat down and after 5 minutes food was already on the table very fast and efficient.
A good place to go to eat Japanese food and more sushi. The service is very good and fast and good prices. Tammi is the best
Always a fantastic experience, the food comes out so fast and tastes amazing. Clean environment and relaxing music is always playing, never too loud. Tammi is amazing and such a sweetheart, always attentive and genuinely cares. We love coming in when she's there!
