I got to spend the day at Sweet Ella's bakery today.
What I learned about this place is they are taking extra special care to make sure everything is at its peak possible quality while EVERYTHING is still gluten free, non GMO, no refined sugars all organic, no artificials.
This isn't just a business, it's a community staple and to know this family is a true blessing. thank you Sweet Ella's for being the BEST!

No way will I pay $70 for a small chocolate cake and frosting. Crazy they are okay charging these prices for a simple cake. It's already hard enough having a daughter with Celiac disease and then you have places like this that want to charge you almost $100 for a cake that won't even say happy birthday just literally cake and frosting. No way.

I've been wanting to try Ella's for quite some time now and finally got to today! I tired the cranberry orange scone first and it is delicious (the scones are for my coffee on Monday and Tuesday but couldn't wait to try them) I also tried my cookies I got and they were delicious 😋 I'm also excited to try the green chili cheese cupcake and the pumpkin roll cupcake 🧁

Quite the gem in Pueblo! It is amazing to find a soy and gluten free bakery that is also mindful of sugar. Delicious coffee and treats. A wonderful stop, I look forward to my next visit ? They also may be able to accommodate other allergies or sensitivities with advanced notice.

This bakery hits all the boxes for me. For someone with celiac and a lot of other health issues, it's almost impossible to find GF sweets that actually taste good. And then you have Sweet Ella's. The owners are incredible and take high care and quality into every treat they make. And there is SO much to choose from every time you visit! There are also mostly vegan options as well! And all of them are non-gmo and have nothing artificial or preservative. Support an incredible small business run by an amazing family and by some cookies and cupcakes here!!

Dietary restrictions: All are gluten free and most are nut free and all are clearly labeled with the restrictions!

I absolutely love this place, I am officially addicted I love the pecan scone and the nuddy buddy cookie. The pastries are moist and gluten free, some are dairy free I am able to enjoy these delicious pastries worry free.

I have found my newest addiction! Sweet Ella's Bakery!! The pastries here are so amazing! The cupcakes were the moistest I have ever had. And those scones! Omg! You must try the Blueberry Lemon (ade) scone! You will not regret it! As a matter of fact, you'll be running back for more!
