2.11.25..My appt was scheduledat 630a. I arrived at 625a. I was told to wait for someone to come out to break seal and i would then be advised on what door to dock at. I went to my assigned door at 647a. The unloading began right away and they were done by 702a. The process was really easy and the people there were pleasant. There's overnight parking available on the streets. Go to the end of FAIRCHILD and make a right to receiving office.

Beyond the excellent for all the truckers who come here for pick up and drop this premises will never ever disappoint you with long waiting hours but only keep in mind while visiting here always show up at your given appointment time . Otherwise you have to wait for your turn .

I wish all of my shippers and receivers were as professional, efficient and quick as these folks. Had the pleasure of delivering to them yesterday and picking up a shipment today. I know, how lucky can a trucker get!!!?? Every once in a while we get to experience how it ought to be…and this is without a doubt the best I’ve experienced in all my years and that’s saying something. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

Awesome job by Jim he came and knocked on my truck at 7:15 my appt isn’t till 12:00 told me to go around to doors 6 & 7 they offloaded me and another truck in 10 minutes these people were kind and awesome! Super fast service maybe an understatement thank you very much I would go back here over and over again! 10/10 when you show up on Fairchild you will come up on their place don’t go straight make a left on excellence street make a right on Reyes and then make a right on Walt Bassett blvd then follow straight on Walt Bassett blvd you will see their sign on the right. STREET PARKING AVAILABLE

Don't bother showing up early they won't take you until your appointment even tho they don't have any other trucks in a dock. They unload within an hour and you can park on any of the streets around there so they don't completely suck. They open at 6am if you want to check in early anyways.

It was pretty confusing going in but they did have a sign. They got me unloaded as soon as I backed into the dock, the employees were very friendly and gave me good directions
