Poor customer service at this location. Missing part of order, had to continuously try to get someone’s attention to say part of order missing. I was the only one at the counter so they couldn’t miss me. While waiting heard one employee talk so negatively about customers, loudly, it was kind of shocking. I like Taco Bell but willing to drive to another location for better service.

Absolutely horrible service. The manager has a shitty attitude. Parents ordered combos(which come with drinks) and their fountain drinks are down, they had no water, all that was working was the freeze drinks. If all of your machines are down, you shouldnt be upcharging your customers for the only working drink machine you have. The manager got attitude about it, rolled her eyes, and walked away mid conversation.

Fiancé ordered 2 Discovery boxes his order was just fine mine was missing 1 grilled slow chicken cheese burrito, I was also missing my Dorito taco and chips. I’ve ordered from them in the past and got both orders right but this time was a bad experience. They need to learn not to be talking while making peoples orders bc they missed up big time. Will never return to this location again. There manger needs to each these people to make orders right and to not be sending customers there meals half done.

I can honestly say this is the best Taco Bell in Pueblo! From the service to the food! Every other Taco Bell in Pueblo (minus Pueblo West one) either gives you horrible food or forgets everything with no issue needed! This one is super consistent which is always a plus!
Haven't been to this location in years, but I was very impressed with everything from the wonderful service, delicious food, & very clean establishment. Definitely will be going back, & recommend it to every Taco Bell lover!!
