Earlier in the day, I was made to wait at a different Taco Bell for ten minutes because the crew was messing around.

Poor drive through clearance. Vagrants begging right out your window and at the exit blocking you. Usually fine. Good usually made improper, they do not follow instructions. They do not care.

I get it food service sucks, but at least have some sort of dignity within your job or find a new place to work.
Dude who took order was short and rude and definitley didnt want to be there at all, i got my food paid and drove home. By the time i got home i noticed there was a teaspoon of sourcream in the container and my quesadilla was burnt, it legit looked a peeled up piece of the road. Id hladly go back and complain to them if they gave half a crap but its clear that they dont.

The floor was really sticky there was no ice I asked them if they can mop and they said in a little while there was a homeless man staring at us while we we were eating the food was good though
Quesadilla wasn't cut, just rolled up in a small bag. No sauce as ordered. Get it together crew

This store is hit and miss. I always go through the drive through and depending on who the staff is they're either behind and rude or really efficient and friendly.
