2/11/25 @ 6:23 pm I ordered tacobell i know this bc my RECIPT shows the exact time i ordered. I get my order and ask the lady at the window is this everything? she says yes and i continue on i wasnt thinking much of it like a dummy What did i expect its taco bell. Anyways i got home, check my bags and im missing half my damn order down to a whole mexican pizza. A mexican pizza is large so how could one forget that.. Anyways I called this location Santa Fe and tell them my order is missing the girl on the phone is telling the girl in the backround what i had said on the phone and the girl in the backround says "LIAR". Excuse me? then we continue a conversation being called a loar multipule times and them two same girls having a damn conversation back and forth. Must still be in highschool. These little girls dont deserve a job. very raunchy behavior. I got so angry I called another location (Abriendo location) who kindly was able to remake my order for me.

For starters the drive through employe was very disrespectful even after having patience with him and asking to be treated fairly I was then given my order which was supposed to be a double steak grilled cheese burrito and a dorritos locos taco my taco was smashed and the shell was stale I order a mountain dew Baja blast which is nothing but water and when I tried to calmly talk about this with Jordan the active manager on duty I was very rudely told nothing was going to be done about it. I will never eat here again and I will make sure everyone knows how horrible the customer service and food was here. I can't believe I tipped but I learn from my mistakes never again.

Can you do negative stars? This place sucks. Drive thru legit traps you so you can’t leave when they take over 10 mins just to take your order 😒
Great for late night snacking. Quick drive through.

It was actually quite nice dropping in there this evening... There was no wait, and the food was made correctly.. and was decently presented .. usually there's long lines and hateful people .. so I don't go here much unless for doordash ... God job!

This is the worst Taco Bell in Pueblo. They didn’t give us our complete order and when we tried to get them to give us the rest of our order, they made it very difficult for us. They were out of what we ordered and still didn’t give us what we substituted the items for. They did not give the right sauce types and instead only put in fire when we asked for mild. When we called to inform them that part of our order was missing, the girl who answered hung up on us. Overall just a horrid experience. I will never go to this Taco Bell again. Extremely disappointing.

Over the last 4 or so weeks, this location has not had the tortillas needed to make quesadillas. Tonight, there was quite the line in the drive thru so I thought I should go in and ask if they had quesadillas. The door was locked. No sign on the door... called and was told that they did not have tortillas for quesadillas. It is ridiculous that tortillas are a thing at any Taco Bell. If it were not for my grandaon who loves Taco Bell cheese quesadillas, I would have given up on this place the second time this happened. Whoever manages this location needs to address the inventory issues and consider training on customer service and communication. Finding out in the drive through that the only item you want to order is unavailable is unacceptable. Kind of like McDonalds being out of buns, Domino's or Pizza Hut being out of cheese.
Silver lining ... I found a different Taco Bell near the library that did not have a tortilla shortage, was open as advertised, and clean.

The last three trips here, they were either out of important items (like large tortillas/ flatbread/tomatoes) or they took forever on the drive thru without even hustling at their job. I know how it can go, I worked at a taco bell for over 3 years a long time ago. Everyone just needs to do better. It's almost like they don't want people there so they don't have to work more. 😬
