Missed several things in the order, food was cold, and cinnamon twists didn't have any cinnamon or sugar on them. Also, the 5.69 burrito supreme weighs less than the 1.49 bean burrito, had a stale tortilla, and tasted like a suggestion of food. I found myself wishing I'd waited to make food at home.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 large nachos fries and I checked the fries before leaving and they were cold and only half full and lots of crumbs from the fryer and 2 nacho cheese dips short, so went inside to exchange them for hot ones and the manager and the other 2 coworkers refused to exchange them and were very rude store number 037407 guest number 200 probably will never go back to this location there is always something wrong with the order

Stopped in for 2 spicy bean burritos and y'all were out of Fire sauce. So I thought, I'll try the Diablo..... NO, GO!! It was the most awful sauce and left a disgusting aftertaste. Please order plenty of fire sauce, and for those who enjoy, the Diablo, youre diabolical! 😆

Food was exactly what was expected, decided to dine in to take a break from the car. Everything was great till the employees decided to play some offensive rap music on their cell phones..... I know taco bell has approved music on their own sound systems... The last thing I wanna hear is some back Ally hood music, n this n that, b this f that.... Ridiculous.

Got a to-go burrito cause i was in a hurry. They didnt put any napkins in the bag and of course i didnt notive until I was already in my car...
Customer service was awesome son needed extra nacho sauce and I believe they normally charge but in this instance they did not really appreciate that as we were already penny pinching lol clean place fast service 5/5 for me
