The biy working the window was young kid but he was very nice and respectful! Food was hot and delicious! And our order was right, didn't have to go back.

Wednesday afternoon went through drive through. Was told they had no pennies so when I asked her if I could get my change she threw a huge attitude and said what do you want a nickel. I said yes it’s the point. Then slammed window shut. Had to sit there and wait for her to open window back up to ask for hot sauce. She threw 4 packets at me. I asked for more with my 7 items and she went and got manager. She was rude and told me that she asked if I wanted hot sauce and I said no. So she pretty muck called me a liar. She never asked. Then didn’t get no napkins. That toco bell is a disaster between that and the few times I had to wait so long to get food. Over it. Stay away from there

Okay, so stopped by this Taco Bell on 1200 Southgate Place, Pueblo, CO 81004. Tried to order two of the $6.99 build your own box as seen online. Was charged $34.78 for both because I didn't have the Taco Bell app. In this case got everything in the two boxes charged regular price for each individual item. Apparently, the price is only good if you use the app. This is a major rip-off. This Taco Bell deserves no stars. I will be emailing Corporate. Hope you find this review helpful.

Slow, slow, slow, rude, rude, rude, cold, cold, cold. Getting the food took forever because they forgot my order. When I asked about my food, the staff was extremely rude. When I got my food it was cold and the Chalupa shell was hard. Taco Bell's best days are definitely behind them. No mas.

The workers that make the tacos are lazy and unsanitary they also have attitudes especially the Hispanic or Italian skinny guy don't know his name he had no name tag major attitude he doesn't want to be there tacos bell needs to hire workers that want to work and make money not lazy people with attitudes when you tell them the correct order they get it wrong and they take it out on us because we return our order back don't know what they will end up doing to our order if you catch these guys on a bad day they still wear gloves but touch there nose as there still making the food I will never give my service to that taco bell on that's side of town again

This place is no exception. It seems EVERYWHERE you go “very 🎉 loud” and obnoxious music is being forced into our ears. We asked taco Bell to turn it down because it was so terribly loud in the dining area to which they refused. This has to change people, it shouldn’t be a miserable experience to enjoy a meal And it’s not hard to do this for your customers even for 30 minutes while we eat.
