Walk in to the tables all dirty with food, waited 10-15 mins just to get my order taken as I'm watching everyone goof off in the back. Then i get my food and it's colder than my ice drink, not cool.

The human that worked the counter was very friendly. However, I had to wait for an eternity for someone to find the gentleman who possessed the keys to unlock the restroom! I had just driven 300 miles from seeing my grandchildren. The restroom had not been cleaned since Thanksgiving, I'm guessing! The 7$ boxes saved the trip. They were a decent value and pretty tasty! I wouldn't drive 300 miles to go here but definitely a few blocks to the drive thru....
Parking: Few spots. Difficult to navigate. Better to park in shopping center lot when busy.
Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly. Drive thru recommended.

Love this place when it’s good but that’s almost never now used to always be good but now it’s way to inconvenient to chance normally which I find sad because I love taco bell so if you what taco bell just go to the other locations it’s worth the wait

They are more expensive than a Mexican restaurant. Not only that the portions are smaller. Got a taco, nachos with less than a tablespoon of meat. Used to be a good place to eat, not anymore. Asked for a little more cheese for the nachos and was charged $1.50 for a tablespoon more. The cashier was rude when I asked for an explanation. We will never come back.

i’ve called every day for a week trying to get ahold of the hiring manager for a job & they’ve answered the phone ONCE in the time i’ve called; which is every day for a week & at least 2x a day. This is wild, i don’t know how they expect to get employees or customers with this lazy approach.

Normally they are fast and food is freshly made. That was not the case tonight... They took a long time with my pick up order, to where they had cars lined up all the way down the drive thru.

I got a combination burrito it cost me $6 and some change. It was the worst burrito I ever had. You couldn't even tell there was sour cream or tomatoes on it and it all fell apart. I was really bummed because I love Taco Bell and the food is usually on point
