I went to taco bell for my lunch I bought a couple of hard tacos as I was getting ready to bite into my food a bug came crawling out of my taco I called the store to complain the gentleman that I talk was acting stupid on the phone they never gave a reciept to me and he hung up on me I'm trying to call back and they won't answer

I ordered a party pack and a bean burrito with no red sauce at 10:02 pm. I got home at 10:13 and my tacos were cold like I just took them out of the fridge and on top of that my bean burrito was drenched in red sauce when even the receipt clearly says no red sauce. I called to complain or to try and get my food remade and no answer. Really crappy experience after a 12hr day at work.I literally tried this location because the Santa Fe 8th st location always has bad service too. Guess this is just the Taco Bell norm nowadays?

The food was very delicious. But the window person almost forgot half our order and it took a little over 40 minutes to get through the line.
Absolutely terrible service, sat for over 30 mins waiting for my order when the restaurant wasn't even busy. The customer service was awful very rude and the inside restaurant was a filthy disgusting mess. There were no napkins the tables looked like they haven't been clean all day this is a very nasty place, better off driving to a different taco bell then deal with this nonsense.
