Texas Roadhouse serves delicious meals with exceptional service. The restaurant's staff go above and beyond to ensure a great dining experience. From accommodating special requests, like a unique dish of grilled chicken, Mac and cheese, green chili with bacon and parmesan cheese, to making special moments unforgettable, like capturing a baby's gender reveal. Texas Roadhouse provides an excellent experience, with outstanding customer service and good food. The service is great. The staff is always friendly and helpful, even when the restaurant is freezing and everyone is wearing their jackets and coats. The wait time is short even at the height of dinnertime. The restaurant's staff, including Janae at the Pueblo Road House, are fantastic, energetic, and go above and beyond to help with choices. They will make sure to return. When the general manager, Andy McGee, was called, he went above and beyond to help with a wallet left behind. His help is appreciated more than can be said and they will definitely be continuing to eat at Texas Roadhouse, both for the food and the service.
