Ordered a sirloin steak with ribs and the ribs were cold and my steak under cooked I let the waiter know and they took it back and shortly brought it back out plate hotter than 💩 and same ribs on there that were cold but now hot and harder than they were from the microwave my salad came out first when I asked it to be brought out with my food and the lady said she will just take it and sit it in the window until my food is ready so now I’ll get a hot salad! I then ordered a Bloody Mary and what I got was definitely not a Bloody Mary like do they just hire anyone to bartend? Do those ladies not know their drinks or how to use google? Will definitely not be going back because this is not the first time with them they just messed up my anniversary like they did in march for my birthday when there was a beetle in my salad crawling around and I noticed it after I ate half of the salad! Definitely will never be back! Not worth the money!

The family wanted to treat a 10 year old to his favorite restaurant for dinner, unfortunately the Pueblo CO location did not carry the same quality as other Colorado locations. Kiddos steak was extremely undercooked, "grilled" salmon was definitely NOT grilled. Thought maybe the birthday ice cream couldn't be bad but it came out completely melted. AI will probably say that it is never their intention to let their customers down... Maybe just be better.

While the food was delicious and wait time was short at the height of dinnertime, I mostly want to mention the incredible service we experienced. My family and I stopped here in the midst of a road trip, driving from Colorado to Oklahoma. At the end of dinner, I forgot my wallet in the booth and didn't realize it until the next day when we were already most of the way back to Oklahoma. Not only was my wallet found and kept safely until I could get it back (with everything still in it) but the general manager, Andy McGee, went above and beyond to help me get it back. His help is appreciated more than I can say and we will definitely be continuing to eat at Texas Roadhouse, both for the food and the service.
