Went to have breakfast. I had the porkchops with hasbrowns, sourdough toast, eggs with green chilli on the side. My buddy had the chicken fried steak with hasbrowns, wheat toast and eggs.

Had a lunch midday. Food was good. Not very busy. When done it took awhile to get our bill. On TV over the bar the same 4min C&W looking music video kept playing over & over. Strange.

Mine and my family’s experience here was not good whatsoever. If you wanted to trade out your meal for another one because the first one you got wasn’t up to your satisfaction, they won’t let you. They expect you to pay for both meals the one you didn’t eat and the other one you wanted to get. Absolutely unprofessional anywhere else would offer to replace your meal with something else, they did not and the women who came to the table was very bland and just had attitude. At that point the other food wasn’t even worth eating, I will not be eating here again just overall disappointing.

My husband and I love this place, everyone is so friendly and helps each other out! We had our drink to us within seconds , we placed our food order and they had it to us hot and ready within maybe 5 mins. The owner came out and spoke to us. Food was amazing and it’s affordable! If you haven’t tried this place I highly recommend you go asap!! This is our new place to eat.

The service was excellent
She was pleasant. Friday's prime rib was great, my wife's seafood boil was great. Price for drinks and meal was reasonable to any upscale steak house.

My first time at this restaurant and I'll definitely be going back. I had dinner here a couple nights ago and had the house salad, mozzarella sticks, 20 oz. bone in ribeye that was cooked to a perfect medium temp & grilled shrimp & a loaded baked potato. I washed it all down with a cold glass of sweet tea. This restaurant had a good flow of customers coming and going the whole time I was there. Maria was great in giving me the downlow on what's what and a bit of the Firepits history. I do recommend this restaurant if you would like to try a new place for dinner in Pueblo CO. This is a very comfortable restaurant and the staff here are all great.

First, our waitress was awesome. Very attentive and sweet. Only thing on the salad that was chilled was the tomatoes, mashed potatoes were cold enough to suck the heat from the gravy, broccoli was inedible from the amount of garlic salt drowning it. The chicken fried steak was huge, crispy, and not too shabby. Dirty floor and window sill by the table, 80's/90's soft rock music and decor. Could do much better.

This has got to be the closest I’ve come to a “Gordon Ramsay Kitchen Nightmares” situation. The dining room was dirty, the tables weren’t wiped off, the windows next to the tables had dead bugs in it. Our waitress was inattentive and we were served salads without silverware. When our main courses came, the mashed potatoes were bland, chicken fried steak was chewy and just plain bad. The ravioli we ordered was chewy and tasted like it had been in the freezer for way longer than it should have been. Maybe we just went on a bad night, but we were not impressed and will not be returning.
