Family and I tried this place for the 1st time. We arrived around 5:30 p.m. 1st thing I noticed was there was no hostess, customers were waiting to pay, and we waited to be seated, only to be told sit where you like? Our order was taken, and the restaurant really started to fill up, well after about 45 minutes we still had no food and never saw our waitress. I flagged down another waitress, Tristan, she was very apologetic and went to check on our plates. 10 minutes later food did come out, however, steak was overcooked and potato was not loaded, bottom bun on the burger was soggy. I was really hoping for a good experience. Maybe they could use more staff. Best of luck.

My friends and I have been to this resturant 2 times and both times found the food and service to be exceptional. I would recomend a reservation as they are a very popular place and withour a reservation there will probably be a wait. Both times we were there we got are food within in a short amount of time. The staff is very friendly. The best palce in Pueblo yo get a steak at a resonable price and cooked to pefection.

Their steaks are "Char Broiled". Which is fine if you like the taste of a grease fire. We also ordered some fried fish, broccoli soup and a burger. Not bad but not great either.

So glad I found this place. Food is delicious, and prices are very reasonable. They have a great menu, a salad bar, great dessert selection, and the atmosphere was nice. They were completely empty when we went. Also- they use real potatoes for their mashed and have house made fries, both are amazing. Hoping to see this one do well, because they deserve it.

Yes we start the steaks look pretty good so we went in to try projects are too high food was so soft and the other options like vegetables or mashed potatoes or corn on the head with french fries which they were very thin french fries they were not very good I'll give him a bottle of two out of 10 2 out of 10 for the station it was awful don't bother you're too high price they're overcharging people from my stuff for a little bit of french fries and Little portion steaks they're out of their head they bunch of Looney's over there they don't know what they're doing don't bother don't bother something with money

It was awesome. When something wrong happened, the owner/manager came to our table and made it right. She was super friendly. I can't recommend this place enough.
We have been to the Firepit a few times and are consistently wowed with the portion size, flavor, service, and variety of options. This is one of our new favorite steak places to go!! Even better, it’s a family owned small business!!!
We've eaten here several times, we have always been very happy with the food service and ambiance. Good job. We had the Friday Seafood feed $30+ and then the Friday Prime Rib $18+, all good!

The food was terrible. I ordered 2 bacon cheeseburger to go and I received one cheeseburger and one patty melt, no bacon on either. The burger and fries had absolutely zero seasoning. Completely inedible. They offered a refund if I went back in and I’m not driving another 20 minutes. 0/10 Wouldn’t recommend.
