Food is good. But online ordering has been down for months, and they don't answer their phone. The only way to get food from there is to go in person. It's not 1995 anymore - I don't especially want to sit in a loud food hall for 20 minutes among groups of teenagers to get a sandwich. There are a bunch of times I would've paid the $18 for a French dip too, it's really good. If they fix online ordering I'll change this to 5 stars.

Friend took me here in September for lunch. The Buffalo burger and fries were excellent! We had to go to another restaurant for ice tea and diet coke. The food court had a good vibe. I like the art gallery.

The Buffalo burger was all right, but nothing to write home about. I'll probably order again from their menu to try and find the item on their menu I'll fall in lov with 10/2024.
Parking: Parking lot in rear of building, Plus a lot of on street parking as well.
Kid-friendliness: With at least 5 restaurants inside the building side by side (i'm 100% sure they'll find something delicious to eat).
Wheelchair accessibility: Fully ADA compliant.

My husband and I went to the Fuel & Iron for a bison gyro on 5/18/2024. We had just met and talked with the owner, who was visiting the Blue Buffalo Soapery across the street. We asked them about a good place to eat in Pueblo, and he said his food was great. C'mon, we had to try it out after his review of his own food! It was wonderful! The gyro was well made with just enough of everything to blend--onions, lettuce, tomatoes, sauce. The bison meat was perfectly cooked and had a very good blend of herbs. Even better--we didn't know it came with a side, and we picked fries. I figure if you can make fries and they're not greasy, they are hot, they are crunchy on the outside but soft and steamy inside...they were perfect! I didn't even have to smother them in catsup/ketchup. All in all, a great experience. If you've never been, they are located inside a building that has a number of food choices, like pizza, baked goods, and even an alcohol bar! Ambiance was great (and bathrooms were clean). I highly recommend The Hungry Buffalo...I cannot wait to go back and try those empanadas but the amount of food you get is large and I had to share half with the husband. Great job!

Literally watched a bartender serve a drink to a guest with blood coming from her thumb, telling him to "watch out, my thumb's bleeding". And then proceed to start making another drink (jigger in the bloody hand), laughing to other staff about how there's glass stuck in her open wound. Luckily the manager pulled her off the bar to bandage the injury, but even she had no response for such an appalling act. Definitely won't be giving this place another shot.
First time there April 2nd, went with a friend and was pleasantly surprised how good the meal was. I had the Bison Slopper and the chile was fantastic, my friend had the Colorado with the veggie skewer which was really tasty. Definitely will return! Thanks Loren for a great meal, delicious!!

Went to the food hall. Cook didn’t acknowledge us standing there for ten minutes. He was able to find the nice cashier who took our order. No cheese on burger. Been to the food truck. Much better experience. Won’t be back to the food hall.
