This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in Pueblo. I ordered my food during the first round of trivia — just 6 wings and fries — and by the time four rounds had gone by, I still had nothing.
I was order #64. My neighbor was #62 and got their food 45 minutes before me. I went inside several times to check, and while the workers on the floor were trying to be helpful, the kitchen and management was overwhelmed and disorganized.
Two hours for 6 wings is absurd. A refund doesn’t give me back my wasted evening or the fact that I went home hungry and upset. Cannot and will not recommend.

Started coming here again after a long time away. There’s always a 10 minute wait for mediocre beer even with 3 bartenders, and three times now overpriced food has never taken less than 90 minutes to come out, and sometimes they just don’t make the food you order. Don’t go here.

Walter Brewing is a true gem in Pueblo. The beer is absolutely fantastic — crisp, flavorful, and brewed with real passion. While I was there, I had my first slopper, a Pueblo must-try, and it did not disappoint!
A huge shoutout to Rosie and Jessica behind the bar — not only were they friendly and welcoming, but they also gave me the inside scoop on where to buy authentic Pueblo green chile peppers and even walked me through how to make chili. That kind of local hospitality made the visit even more memorable.
If you're in Pueblo and love great beer and great people, make Walter Brewing a stop on your list!

Came here for on the hook food truck post to come hang out on the patio and eat. We get here and we got moved out of the outdoor areas due to party’s. I won’t come back. And soda machine is down. Why come here? There is no where to sit unless you have a party. Staff was rude about it too. What post up to come down?? Why?

This first Walter's Fest was Way Cool, being new, and not alot of peeps knew it was going to happen. But for the few of us that did, and were there, It was Great!!! We got to sample several Awesome Small Batches of beer, and check out the back scenes of the Brewery. All of the Ladies that were serving there were totally Awesome!!! I'll definitely attend the next one!
