as soon as we walked in the lady at the front counter was rude and then explained to us that we would have to wait 35-45 minutes for wings. we went to buffalo wild wings and got wings in 15 minutes. if you don't want to do your job then quit. your losing money as well as customers because of the poor customer service.

Don't trust they have packaged it correctly!!! 30 minute drive home just to find out we are missing 1/3 of our order. My only option is to drive back in 1 hour round trip or they will give me store credit, they refuse to refund me for the items they did not provide. I am sorry wing stop but this isn't the first time you've messed up...why do you feel you are entitled to my money for an order you didn't provide...all I asked for was a partial refund for the items I paid for and didn't receive, it is not an unreasonable expectation...less than $15! Your not the only place in town to get wings!

Well after reading some of the reviews I understand some people are just impossible to please. Ordered a 15 piece Korean barbecue and lemon pepper. The wings were perfectly cooked crispy skin, is it the seasoning was spot on for both. I had to wait 25 minutes for my order, walk in. But guess what, I'm not the only person that wanted wings today so I just waited. Tried to call in the order before hand but as busy as they were didn't receive an answer which I understand. Could have ordered online just didn't feel like it so that was on me as far as the wait is concerned

My son went in person to order food to go. He was refused service and turned away because they had too many online orders. I understand that customer service has gone downhill since Covid, but this is terrible!

I'm a big fan of Wingstop. The most common complaint I read about at most locations is that the food takes longer than the estimate given at the time of ordering. So...I usually anticipate my food will take 5-10 minutes longer. I've only stopped at this location a few times when passing through. Every time I expect to wait longer than the estimate, but it's always ready on time. The staff is always incredibly friendly! I'm not accustomed to that since I usually stop at Denver and Aurora locations. Other locations can be hit or miss on how well done the wings are. This place has been consistently good for me!
Bad bad bad. Soggy and rubbery wings. No flavor. Bad bad bad. Don't ever eat from here. We tried giving them a chance but they failed miserably.

Expect at least a 15-20 minute wait for carry out. Fries had good seasoning but soggy - undercooked. 2 of the 3 wings flavors we tried were awful. The other 1 was only passable. The bone-in wings have a better flavor and texture but you will pay more. Other nearby competitors are less expensive and better flavor. My biggest issue is the cashier frequently goes back to the kitchen to assist with food prep and packaging without washing hands, without wearing gloves, without a hairnet. Every business in this building (since Taco Bell pulled out decades ago) has failed. I expect the same with this wing stop.
