We arrived at 5 PM; the place was not half-full. After ten minutes or so we placed our order. At 6 PM, we still had not gotten our food. The restaurant was at most 2/3 full at that time.
Nearly an hour after we placed the order, the waitress came and told us the meal would be out “in a couple of minutes.” Ten minutes later still nothing. My wife went to ask to have the food packed up to go, and seemed unable to get the staff to understand this.

the service was terrible. the food was overly salty and they charged me for a $55 tab and no one finished their plates.
