Honestly I usually have a pretty good experience here. Today not so much. Caitlin was rude and not welcoming. My normal order is the peanut paradise with the scoop of protein. Sometimes when there is extra I ask if I can have the extra in a small cup and they do so. Especially since I paid for the full scoop and ingredients and they’d otherwise just throw it away. Today when I asked she (with attitude) says she’s not allowed. I don’t know if that’s true or not but it’s what’s seems to be no big deal. After that she proceeded to throw a decent amount of extra down the drain. Kind of silly way to upset a regular customer.

Food was not very good. I’m tired of saying this. Serving the same things as your competitors but trying to put your own spin on it. The smoothie and sandwich are both pretty bad. Half the sandwich is mayonnaise. The smoothie taste like grass. I didn’t get what I normally get but dude whoever’s eating this I feel sorry for you.

They should staple the delivery bags closed. I ordered delivery and the delivery driver clearly tampered with my food because Tropical Smoothie gives them access to be alone with my food that I spend my hard earned money on. It's just wrong.

It was my first time coming to this location and it was extremely awkward. I'm not sure if that is how this business operates, but I did not feel welcomed. I was the only customer in the lobby from the time I entered until I left. Once I entered the business, I saw two employees cleaning behind the bar. They both looked at me, but neither of them spoke. I waited at the counter for a response and/or assistance. Neither of them gave that nor did they share if someone would come out to assist me. Honestly, I contemplated leaving, but only stayed due to a friend recommending their bowls. After standing there an extended amount of time, a female entered from around the corner and took my order. Once she finished, she walked away and I didn't see her for the rest of the time that I was in the lobby. As I stood near the barstool area, one of the females that was cleaning kept staring at me. Initially, I figured she was just idly staring with no real intention -- maybe a gaze. She continued to stare and not break eye contact. I felt so uncomfortable. The bowl was nothing to brag about so I will have to discuss that with my friend. Clearly, in my experience, the service was terrible . Besides the lobby being cleaned and music playing, the atmosphere was poor as well.

Very clean. Every time I do a pick up order so I don't interact with many ppl and stay long but it's always ready on time and is yummy.
Love going here when I want a sweet treat or a smoothie. The food is great too. This trip I was craving something cold but I can’t have dairy so the Acai bowl is perfect. Always my go to. Nice quiet environment anytime we go and friendly staff every time.
