Waiting on my smoothie and was witness to something that was hard to digest. It's hard to believe that they wouldn't have the basic human decency to allow a delivery driver with an order at their establishment (making them money) use their restroom unless she ordered something herself. You'd have to be the most callous type of individual to deny something like that. I think I'll find another place in the future.

I usually love going here but tonight I was disappointed with my in store pick up order,I got home and was sad to see my close to $11 berry yougurt bowl was not even full,in previous visits the bowl is usually filled. Also there was no quick contact us link on my email receipt or the website.

The general manager tells me this is not burnt. I received three quesadillas that look like this. They only refund one….she already had my quesadilla replaced and fixed before I arrived…who fixes a quesadilla before a person even come to the store perhaps she probably spit in it or did some special sauce on it… you going to make my things in front of my face or refund me I’m a loyal customer come there all the time and her face is known I’ll be contacting the business bureau on you and you don’t have to worry about my business anymore if I can give a zero star, I will define burnt and look at pics if that’s how they come then why isn’t it on the menu like that?

My acai bowl was completely frozen solid to the point that it was inedible. Giving an extra star because I've had good smoothies there before, but I don't was to pay $12 for a bowl I can't eat.

You really need to enforce better security on your delivery orders. I ordered a Santa Fe Quesadilla along with the new mango smoothie for delivery, but my box was opened. Additionally, the smoothie had no security measures to prevent tampering by the driver.
Also, customer service is terrible. When I place pickup orders for myself, they barely greet any of the customers and are very slow. The staff often seems unsure of what they're doing, its usually they forget something in your orders or your smoothie isn't fully blended. It's honestly a hit or miss.
