It was an OK 12oz filet but not worth the money. For $69 you'd expect more than a steak in the middle of a white plate and nothing else. The presentation is pretty lacking for the money they are charging. It really wasn't a very good filet as far as tenderness and flavor. I guess if you've never been to a good steak restaurant outside of Pueblo you might not know what you're missing.

This was a wonderful experience. It was our anniversary and they placed a Happy Anniversary card on our reserved table and that was just such a nice touch! The food was perfect and in perfect proportions. The server was on point and very attentive, kind, and friendly.

Waited for our food for and hour & half and the steaks were not prepared as ordered and the meat was tough! Will likely not return to this restaurant in the future.

Wonderfully prepared steaks. Great place for special occasions. My only complaint is the Pueblo Chiles in things like salad dressing. A little heat goes a long way on a wedge salad. My signature cocktail was Ok. A Manhattan can be so much more. Service was fantastic, and my Mom had a wonderful evening. Probably one of the best restaurants in Downtown Pueblo.

We celebrated our 43rd Anniversary at 21 Steak and loved everything about our experience. Our server was friendly and helpful and even boxed up our leftovers. We were given a perfect table with a window view and a thoughtful greeting card at the table congratulating our anniversary. The complimentary dessert for our anniversary was a wonderful surprise. This is the perfect place in town for a wonderful dining experience!

Overall 21 Steak has been consistent as a place to go for steaks and other items. They have a new manager that was not professional and pretty condescending. Could not politely answer a question so dismissed it all together. Young wait staff was friendly and tried hard to please. Bill came and charge us more for bottle of wine than listed in the menu. We just paid and left.
