So freaking delicious. Had the BBQ chicken and pasta salad. Blown away hie delicious it was. To make things better the service was outstanding and very friendly. I couldn't recommend this place enough.

While on a 16 hour road trip, we decided to stop in Pueblo for BBQ. This place is not at the address listed. The bartender at this place said that people come in all the time looking for it. WTH? Major thumbs down. Booooo!

You can smmmmmeeeeelllll how good everything is before you even walk up to the truck!!! I have tried the brisket with mac and cheese and the jerky so far and all of it was absolutely delicious and so satisfying! Will definitely be trying other items from the menu. When they say 'you don't want the smoke'... yes you do! Up in Smoke is where it's at!

Well it was there food truck at the Mineral Palace Park, although it started out with a smart a""" another gentleman by the name of Ryan stepped in and took over and was very pleasant to deal with. The food was amazing. I ordered the Jamaican chicken with bacon Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese was so good. I will keep coming here. I would recommend anyone to go there. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the experience with the first young man. But all in allThe food was really good ?

This BBQ is fire! I'm from KC, working in Pueblo for a while and missing the good que we have back home. Up In Smoke did NOT disappoint! The pulled pork, brisket and the beans were delicious! I'll definitely continue to patronize this business.

What an amazing experience! Went to Chucks in Avondale and we're given a ticket to Up in Smoke food truck from the proprietor. The food was prepared by a genuine Chef and he did not disappoint. The food was phenomenal, aromatic, and super delicious--even to the last bite. Yumm yum yum! Do not miss out on this delectable quisene. You'll say " All this from a food truck?!!. Good prices for good food . Try it, you'll love it!" The Chef is so friendly. It feels like mom handed you her best meal from the kitchen window!

I was passing by the park and saw a bunch of food trucks. I decided to stop. This food truck did not disappoint. I’m excited to try more of the menu. I ordered the slopper nachos cause I was in the mood for something different. The chile was really good and the brisket was tender and juicy. All the flavors blended really well together. I’ll be back.
