Did a decent job but again doesn't matter which one you go to buns are all was hard/ not fresh. But this Wendy's is pretty good.

I get the caramel cold brew here and there but it is NEVER the same. And I check my receipt every time to make sure I got what I asked. Once I got straight coffee and today I literally got only caramel. Maybe there was milk or maybe it was just the whipped cream or foam dissolving but there was no coffee at all. The bottom was clear with caramel then whipped cream on top. It tasted like water and caramel. I threw both away. I am not drinking sugar water.

My first visit to this store. When I walked in I think there had been a. Issue with Doordash pick up.. there was another group waiting for cashier.. took a few minutes before she took my order but not to long. Cashier was pleasant. My food was made fresh, made after I ordered. Would visit again..I took it to go so cant comment on dining room or bathroom.. I didnt pay enough attention to those.

Pretty upsetting when you order something and get all they way home just to find out they gave you something completely different drenched in mayo. Example order baconator with no mayo revive Dave's triple covered in so much mayo it's pouring out the bun 🤢
Ice cream machine broken for chocolate frosty’s? Come on. No signage or anything for this though.

Went to drop my brother off at home and we saw Wendy's open. My son immediately wanted that new takis burger he had been seeing advertised. We pulled up through drive thru at about 10:42 p.m. or so. Lights all on, sat at the drive thru several minutes and just kept hearing clicks. I saw employee at window and waited a bit longer. I didn't get any response when asking if they were going to take my order. No answer so I pulled up to windows and no one came to the windows so I drove back to the drive thru speaker. After a few more minutes, I drove up to the window again and knocked on their window. Employee opens it and says they were closed. I asked what time they closed and she aid at 11p.m. I told her it wasn't 11 yet and she said it was 10:57 p.m. and I told her that I had been in the drive through for like 10 minutes and they could have let me know they were closed. She said they didn't have their headset on. I totally get it, I hate to be the person to pull up last minute to place an order but I didn't google to find out when it was closing time. I let the girl know they should have turned lights off and or let the patrons know they were closed instead of letting them sit there. I guess they can't officially turn lights off until they actually close, so they just stop working and pretend to be open.

Love Wendy’s, this was my first time purchasing a meal at this location. We need to not focus on clean or dirty with this review of the Wendy’s on Santa Fe downtown Pueblo. I park away from the restaurant facing my truck in a way for a fast exit. I could tell that I might not get to the register to order the biggie it’s only $7 dollars and change but I only had $9 dollars left on me. I gave 1 dollar at the door to a nice lady who was also hungry. Keeping to collect the Blessings u got me. I started a domino effect and I had to get a little money myself from a stranger in line, I can’t believe how much money she insisted on me taking. I only needed to replace 1.09, she gave me $5.00 dollars. I thanked her for it. I miss placed the receipt so we had to figure out what I ordered or they didn’t have a clue about it. We all agreed that I ordered the biggie so I can’t complain. I would go back there anytime. Love the place
