I was the delivery person with Door Dash and they were super friendly helpful and even offered me a free drink cuz it was so hot out!! U guys rock!! Been to many Wendy's restaurants before but customer service at this particular location was amazing thank u guys!!

Hungry at midnight, and wanted some food and a tater. If you want a tater at midnight from Wendy's, Bobby's got your back! Service was great, food was hot, and Bobby slanged that tater real fast. Was missing butter so I'm giving 4 stars, but chives were on point! 9/10 would recommend, ask for Bobby! P.s. they got our order right idk what all these haters are complaining about. Food was cold and inedible took it back thru the drive thru to have it replaced they replaced it with more cold food. They seem to not care if you don't want to be in the fast food business find another job and quit trying to poison people with inedible food they pay good hard earned money for.....

Ordered a kids meal one cheeseburger one nuggets got both cheeseburgers asked for apple slices got French fries, no sauce, cold fries, worker was rude, and they forgot my drink
We stopped in for $1 chocolate frosties. Was given ones with vanilla mixed in them. The cashier dropped one of them and still made it wrong

Normally I'd say this place is decent, but after today I will not be returning. 2 blonde curly hairs found in food + ranch sauce was OPENED. Appeared to have been left out. This is ridiculous how disgusting! I hope some serious changes come. What if the hair had LICE?!

I stood at the counter in the lobby for about 35 min without being served during lunch time. During this, several of the restaurant staff members were openly mocking customers and children that came through in a bus. I’ve never had worse service at a restaurant. Unreal.
