For months I had hope for this branch of Wendy's I have gone there morning, noon, and night never on the same day but I'm consistently disappointed today I went to get breakfast there and the home fries where ice box cold not like they say out like someone literally pulled them from a fridge and put them in my bag. I'm done this location isn't worth visiting.

I love Wendy's but this occasion my experience was not very good.
First of all the intercom for the drive through should be replaced. (I've noticed this before). You cannot understand the associates and I don't think they understand the customer. I ordered 2 sandwiches. I didn't look in the bag until I got home. Only one burger which I specified my toppings (and they were wrong)and no chicken sandwich sandwich. I also didn't get a receipt so I couldn't go back. The questions below don't apply since I went to the drive through.

After trying twice to order my food through the speaker system, I was told to pull through to the second window, when I did so I tried to order food, and this guy told me that it wasn’t possible and that it’s not on the menu. It wasn’t until I actually showed him with a picture on my phone. The menu that he corrected himself and he made the order.. if your employees are going to fight a customer then they should at least know the general menu of what they’re making in the kitchen absolutely rude service

Well, they told me to pull aside to get special cheese and then they gave me a burger with the American cheese and tomato I’m allergic too. Not a good place.
