I arrived about 10:20 and it took a while for the one customer in front of me to be "served." At 10:30, the cashier started turning the breakfast menu signs. The other customer reacted negatively as he obviously wanted to order a breakfast. The cashier's only response was a curt, "It's 10:30, no more breakfast." That was her first communication with him. The customer walked out cursing. I doubt he'll be back. I was told to wait some more while the cashier went outside to turn the outside breakfast menu signs. She finally greeted me and took my order after I had eaited 10 to 15 minutes. How much better would it have been to make a last call for breakfast and then turn the signs? Result, two happy customers.
Always consistent, staff were very friendly and attentive. Food was very good.

The place is very classy for a fast food joint lol. The food was great and I ordered in the app so I got some good deals the first time. However the second wifi kept disconnecting at Wendy's and once everything was ordered and paid for it didn't give me my discount so I was a little disappointed about that. Service was great while I was there a little boy came up to the cashier and says " excuse me Wendy, I just wanted to tell you this place is my favorite and I love your food" haha it was the cutest thing ever not to mention the cashier was a younger girl with red hair so it couldn't have been more fitting. Doing great guys keep up the good work! Oh and the pumpkin spice frosty is to die for!!

Why is it that every time I come here an order is messed up or they are just flat out rude? Because of “Pueblo’s finest.” That’s why. And that’s all I have to say. What a shame that a majority of people can’t get a simple junior hamburger right or knows how to count exactly how many nuggets go in a 6 piece. Lmao! It doesn’t even make me mad. It just makes me sad for these low IQ people. Maybe a class for the incompetent during training Wendy’s? Haha!
