I haven't ate at Wendy's for a year, because the food was disappointing. The kid wanted the frosty fusion, so I gave it another chance. I didn't get the nuggets or fries that I ordered. I will not stop here again.

Have made multiple mobile orders to this location and have been told that it didn't exist when going through the drive to essentially lose my money.

I was passing through this area on a trip. I had 3 orders so I went inside just to stand there for 20 mins with no assistance. So we went to the drive thru. While paying the guy swiped my car several times which created a fraud alert. I told the guy but he said it declined for my 1st order. Really it went through and charged the 2nd order to my card which created the fraud alert that almost got my card blocked while out of town. The guy started to be rude as I was explaining this to him. So the manager came to the window. While I was explaining to her what happened the guy was in the background talking mess so at that point I lost it. I wanted my money back as I didn’t trust them with my food. The manager ensured me nothing would be wrong with my food. After all this drama we sat down to eat and they didn’t even give me the correct hamburgers. This place is a joke and the food is bad. The buns were hard too. Service also sucks.

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger and it was stale, the bun was rock hard the meat was cold the fries tasted horrible. Thought it was because of door dash so I tried going in and ordering and it was worse. Definitely don't eat here unless you want food a dog won't eat

I would highly suggest everybody that lives in Pueblo to avoid this Wendy’s recently went there and the customer service was horrible manager really unprofessional and food down bad just awful. Nothing good to say about this place would recommend to spend your money next-door at Taco Bell or Wingstop please avoid this Wendy’s.

The lady was rude and pissy when I got home with my food I had to practically remake a burger and all the fries were cold and another one of my burgers were cold probably the worst place I've gotten food from in a while trash customer service and trash food

Will not return these folks will have you waiting in your car for some cold fries. I went tonight and they had me pool up when there’s no cars they are not busy and to just get cold and stale food. Going to another. This Wendy used to be good but it’s not no more.

It’s not often that you walk into a fast food restaurant and appreciate the service and atmosphere. The staff tees and laugh with each other, which makes it a warm environment. The music was depressing and strange, but the staff were lovely! I noted that all the tables were clean unless being used. This means they take pride in their work and in their presentation. We adhere to the carnivore diet and they were very accommodating. As always, always the burger patties are hot, juicy, and filling. I appreciate that Wendy’s does not skimp.
