Food was nice and fresh but what really stood out was the ice machine in the lobby. The cover was off and it looked like it hasn't been cleaned or sanitized in a long time.. this is how people get sick.

Normally when I go to fast food restaurants I don't leave thinking, wow that was a great time. Usually somethings messed up or cold, but that wasn't the case with this trip! I HAD to come on here and give a shout out to Kristen! She was so polite, and seemed like she went out of her way to make sure we had a nice visit. The food tasted SO good and fresh. Thank you Kristen and the peeps who made our made our trip feel like a sit down restaurant!

It’s a fast food restaurant but no where near fast. Manager Chris took 7 minutes with 4 cars behind me just to tell me he’s having technical difficulties and continue to make me wait. Once I got to the window he was very snobby and rude. I asked for the GM and he replied with “she don’t give care” then proceeds to chuckle.
The coffee is brewed just right, strong but never bitter.

I had to repeat my self multiple times before the lady got my order. When I went up to get my order from the window as a I was pulling away she mouthed words and was glaring. She also was letting my food sit there and get cold while she took the next person’s order.

This is the worst Wendy's drive thru I have ever been to. Gave them more than one chance. They forget something in the order every single time. I'm done going there. I'll drive right on by to go to many other options in the same area. Zero to no management seems to be the issue because the employees could care less about quality.
