Giving one star is way too much. My wife placed an ap order. I went to 3 stores looking for it. The employees on Santa Fe and Bonforte were empathetic. The manager at the Elizabeth Store was extremely rude. She told me if it wasn't in their system it wasn't her problem and brushed me away with her hand. There was a young man who tried to help and apologized but they all laughed as I left the store. Totally abysmal customer service. You can bet nobody I know will shop this store again. Based on my experience of your CS I don't expect a response or anything else, just keep your head in the sand.

This location is terrible. Asked for a peppermint frosty just advertised today, was told we are out of it. How can you be out of something you just released? Unacceptable. How can you promote and sell what you dont have? Ya cant. So either your marketing department or your distributors are garbage or both possibly. False advertising is what this is. I get its possible to run out of things, but clearly managment is incompetent and poorly accounted for product. Obviously nobody in corporate will care about this review because its all money and numbers. Dont care how you get it.
It would be better if Wendy’s would just close this location. Why bother serving food even the homeless would not eat. Shame on there long wait times and that is not chewable let alone one could swallow.

Every time I order from here my fries are always hard and cold, burnt as well and they always mess up the order bad, I’m allergic to pickles and they put them on there even though I specify on the order NOT to put pickles on the burgers I get. Don’t order from here you will regret it.

Showed up an hour before closing to go through the drive-thru..... Two Wendy's employees standing outside smoking and nobody inside.... Nobody would come to help the handful of cars in line. Not a particularly encouraging experience

The guy from California was a shallow jerk, the people in the back making fun of homeless people, my container was crushed and got the wrong sandwich. Worst Wendy’s ever, lost my business for life. Do better!
