So my wife doordashed an order, after receiving the wrong order my Wife is Heather W, this order clearly isnt her, the staff placed me on hold while supposedly going to get the manager, i was on hold 8 mins when another girl named AMANDA rudely answered the phone, I assumed she was the manager I was on hold for, she wasnt and she ended up hanging up on me. I am tired of these lowlife workers with NO Customer Service etiquette making these companies look bad! Do better wing stop! I would give 0 stars if I could! We ordered here all the time! After today and Amanda and their service, Buffalo Wild Wings will be the new normal for our family!

I ordered the Game Time Flavor Bundle classic yesterday online. I went to pick up my order 20 minutes later, and when I got home I was missing an order of large fries and a 5 piece Cajun corn. This was half of my order! I called the store as soon as I found out. When I told the employee about the missing items, I heard another employee say I was lying about the missing food over the phone. The employee who answered the phone said that I could pick up the corn and fries another day. Very disappointed with this Wing Stop and will go to BWW instead.

I ordered the 10-piece Classic Combo yesterday, half Lemon Pepper and half Garlic Parmesan. When I went to fill my drink, the machine was being fixed, so I waited. After it was ready, I tried the lemonade first, but it was completely watered down. I dumped it and tried the sweet tea, which was empty. Then I tried Powerade and Coke — both were watered down as well. I finally went with orange soda, which had a little sweetness but still didn’t taste right.
While waiting for my food, I noticed that the tables and chairs were not wiped down — there were food smudges on the table and stains on the chairs, which was disappointing.
My order came out quickly, and the fries were hot and fresh, which I appreciated. I did receive the correct number of wings and the split of flavors was correct. However, the Garlic Parmesan wings did not taste like Garlic Parmesan — they were greasy and mostly tasted like butter, with little to no garlic or parmesan flavor.
Please fix the drink machine, and kindly ensure that the sodas are properly mixed. Watering down drinks cheats customers and affects both the flavor and the caffeine level. Overall, the service was okay, but the drink quality, cleanliness, and flavor consistency made the experience disappointing.

Even though I was stuck on hold, she was more than patient taking phone calls as she waited on customers as well. The wait once I got to the restaurant was quick and the food was fresh. Amanda!!! Is an amazing person she helped me and my husband 1000% and made our experience one that we asked when she worked cause we will be dining when she is in. They had 1000 piece order and she continued to accommodate everyone who came in to dine or pick up or dashers she was extremely helpful to everyone... Everyone had a smile on their face hopefully her boss recognizes that they have an great employee!!!!

I think it would have been a lot easier to say, sorry bring it back we'll switch it out. That would have been a resolution. That's what I asked for when I called . When I take my time to drive in, order, then you should appreciate my business. You should care about your customers. Instead you correct and tell them they're wrong. I had to raise my voice on the phone because you would not listen to what I was saying. You just kept on talking. You kept telling me I was wrong. You kept saying things that were wrong. And you never did have a resolution. You just kept telling me I was wrong. I placed the order how can I be wrong. I have pictures and I have the receipt. You're wrong, and you're rude. And when you're paying $17 for a small portion you should appreciate your customer, not discourage them from returning. You know Applebee's is next door. They have pretty good chicken tenders. Sonics is across the street and they have phenomenal tenders. In other words you should appreciate your customers. Just saying. Cuz you're not the only Chicken on the block. .

Chicken tenders were SALTY as ever, not good. I asked for ketchup for the fries, they said they put some in the to go bag, nothing in the bag. Greasy food with no napkins. I wouldn't waste your hard earned money. Sorry but not sorry for the review.

Ordered hot honey rub wings, and received some weird, bland tasting wet sauce instead of the dry rub. I have ordered the hot honey before, and was really impressed with the flavor, so I was disappointed this time. We also ordered original hot wings, and they were somehow bland as well. I also ordered a garlic Parmesan chicken sandwich and got plain chicken instead. The fries were the only thing worth eating. It is really disappointing to spend over $30 to not get what you order.
