I ordered pizza for my 10 year old birthday today. Delivery time was 20 minutes, I know better, I waited 30.
I called and they couldn't find my order. After 15 minutes it was discovered on the table waiting to be delivered.
20 minutes after that, same guy, apologized said it'll be out soon and he'll speak to the manager.
20 minutes after that call I call back.
