*UPDATED * 12/2023I need to update this review. Decided to try Shanghai again since options in Rifle are limited and had a much better experience. I don't know if there is new management or ownership. They answered the phone, delivery was quick, delivery person was very friendly. Last night (10-9-2023) my friend and i went to this place! I am doing this review under my business because this place was the best food we have had in a long time! they are so nice here and they are super underrated! I was suprized there were not more people there for this food! We had the seaseme chicken and the beef and broccoli! Man talk about wonderful! I can not praise this place enough!
