Worst Dunkin’ experience ever. Very long wait, they were out of literally everything we asked for and didn’t think to tell us until after we had already paid. Then we had to settle for their substitutes which were cheaper than what we had originally ordered. We essentially got ripped off and had to deal with what they gave us. Would not advise you eat here.

Ordered a coffee through the online app, get to the building and it's closed. Their hours said they were open at 6am, this was 6:22. Lights off, door locked, and a baking tray covering the drive through window. Tried calling the phone number and it was disconnected. As the dunkin donuts app believed this location as open, I was still charged for an item I could not receive. I reported it immediately through the dunkin donuts app, and had to report it to my bank to dispute the charge as the app was unhelpful in requesting refunds. Based on other reviews when they decide to actually be open the service provided is still bad. Never buying from here again.

Horrible service and experience from Gloria, who appeared to be their manager. Watched her treat the other employees punitivly and was rude to us after we never received our food we ordered. A young man who was so polite and realized our food wasn't being made tried to get our food made. He was wonderful. A shame to see such poor management.

Drove an hour and a half here on Mother’s Day for my pregnant girlfriend. Both this store and Jimmy John’s were closed even though the listed hours said they’d be open. No sign on the door or anything and a bunch of other customers tried to come in the 2 minutes we were there. Really disappointing, and based on other recent reviews as well I’d be making some swift staff changes if I were the manager.
Go elsewhere. Undercooked food or overcooked depending on the day. Tween staff that doesn't want to be bothered to do their job. Is there an actual manager that trains them? Do not bother with this place or the Jimmy John's next to them.
