The girls there are always incredibly rude and unhelpful. Took a break for awhile of stopping there because of the service and decided today to try again only to get even more horrible service than the previous times. I will just drive down the road to Starbucks.

Stopped by and ordered the 3 dollar crossant with bacon egg and cheese. I was told by the 13 year old, thats only when you order a large coffee, the sandwich is 3 dollars. After seeing the receit i saw that i was charged regular price. The girl said that its only 3 dollars if i ordered through the app, after i just finished telling her i wanted the 3 dollar sanwich with a large coffee. I saw their incopetence. And decided to just let it go. The girl did offer to "give it to me for 3". When i did get the sandwich it was soggy and looked terrible. I showed it to them and said, is this supposed to look like this? The girl just giggle and covered her mouth and looked over her friend as she thought it was funny. This business is runned by untrained 13 year olds.

It's interesting to hear the ladies working here talking about their sex lives within customer earshot, including such topics as pregnancy as a result of their husband not wanting to use the withdrawal method. Not to mention being told "I'll be with you in a moment," so she can check her phone and send a text message or check Snapchat or...whatever. Few of them are very welcoming either, but I guess that's what we have to expect in Rifle nowadays because the service isn't much better at other businesses.There are a couple decent employees here, though, and at least the coffee and donuts are still solid.

I am from Boston - so I am a little judgey about Dunks - and this one is perfect!! Carleigh was our person and she knew how to make my coffee perfectly Kaleigh (the other girl there) was just as amazing! I am so happy to have moved here and have a dunks and have two girls know what a large regular is :)

Love their donuts but the coffee wasn't the best. We stop here whenever we drive through Rifle, CO.
My husband and I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant and sausage egg and cheese croissant and 1 Boston cream donut. When we got our order, they gave us a croissant with just bacon on it. 2 sprinkle donuts and another croissant that was black. Our coffee also didn’t have creamer in it when we asked. Literally nothing about our order was correct. Food and Service deserves 0 stars. The guy at the window was very rude and looked like he didn’t know what he was doing. Honestly, was a waste of a 2 hour drive to just go to Dunkin. We have been to Dunkin multiple times, and it’s been great up until this point. They had different staff working which has everything to do with it. VERY Disappointing and I will not be returning. I didn’t take a picture of my croissant because i immediately threw it away. Waste of time and money and honestly how pathetic. Do not recommend whatsoever.

Standard Dunkin, but maybe with a bit less available. The staff was fine and nice while I was there, and the order came out pretty quickly.

Closed by 1pm? Why bother, your breakfast is horrible and people like to eat sweet donuts all day long. What a waste of a business location.

For $10 it would've been nice for either the coffee or the bagel to be right. I would avoid this location if possible. To be priced this far above other Dunkin's I'd hope for continuity of quality. That is not the case
