The pizza used to be great and cheese now it's horrible! They kids working there never have the pizza hot and ready and there was barely any cheese on my pizza! The place is so dirty too the need a good cleaning !

I went into Little Caesars today and asked to add to my takeout order. The guy told me it’s gonna take too long and refused to put in an extra order not only that my breadsticks are so skinny and stiff.

What's up with these kids not answering the phone. Parents your lack of work ethic is rubbing off on your kids. What I think is BS is that they can make the phones busy so nobody can make a phone call to them.

Went to the Rifle location, had tried to call in our order, but no one would answer the phone, so headed to the restaurant. This was at 8:10 pm. They close at 9. Tried to call for 20 min before. Got to the store, no customers were in the store. Tried to place an order with the girl there. She stated that they were not taking anymore orders...it was 8:15. They had 4 precooked (not what we wanted) and was told that is all that they had and would not make anymore. We go through this of them not answering the phone almost every time. They close at 9:00 if they're not going to make pizzas after 8:00 they need to let people know that. We will go to Dominoes from now on. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
