90% of the time food is hard and obviously old. I rarely review places but I've lost a few teeth at this point because I get excited for a McChicken and end up with a rock.

I just got 2 burritos with hot sauce. The woman at the window was kind and had my order right but when I actually got my food there was no hot sauce. So I pulled around the front and went in. I was promptly ignored by the heavy set woman playing on her phone just standing there. Not a word, not even a look up and I know she knew I was there cuz I slammed the damn door when I walked in. She didn’t even look up from her phone when she dropped whatever food in the fryer. You’d think they want to do a better job with all the crap going around about McDonald’s right now. Get off your damn phone!! Do your job you’re getting paid for!!

stopped by for a rare big breakfast and they didn’t include the jam and the order tasted weird, like bleach. unable to eat biscuit without the jam. it’s like wasting 1/5 of the food i ordered. then the rest of tasted wet, like they bleached it after it hit the floor. i feel like they won’t serve fresh food if you use a reward code from the app. it seems like they even make dirtier food for mobile rewards customers. it’s one thing to make a mistake but a bad attitude to waste time and money to dirty up an order. this seems consistent with them. you need like the 8th share over there to make it work smoothly. you can maybe get a quality order out of the company if you completely surprise them with a visit during a busy period, but any amount of prep time and it’s a sarcastic joke

We have learned that when traveling with grandkids McDonalds is always a safe bet for lunch. This McDumps (grandkids name for McDonald's), was very clean, had several kiosk to order from and had a huge play area with tables and even a clean restroom where we were able to enjoy McNuggets and some warm crispy fries while the grandkids devoured Happy Meals and played on the giant structure. Far from gourmet but definitely edible, McDonalds seems to be a great spot when traveling with the family. If you find yourself in Rifle, CO, don't hesitate to get off the highway and enjoy a nice lunch at McDumps. Tell them Jeff sent you.

Went through the drive thru and the lady working glared and loudly sighed because we asked to break 100$. I understand its kind of annoying; but it was not busy at all so I don't understand the huffing and puffing. Two stars because the manager came to break it and to bring us our food and he was very nice, like one would hope.

Checked in through the drive through with mobile order tonight and waited in line for 30 minutes for me to get to the window and they say the "ice cream machine broke right after I accepted your mobile order". App wouldn't let me cancel because it said they already started preparing the order, and they wouldn't do anything about it.

Horrible service. I spent 20 minutes in line and two people ended up driving away all fast and obviously upset with the lack of service. Wouldn’t recommend…go to parachute or new castle if you want McDonald’s…rifle needs to fix some things!
