Went on 06/22 @ 6:06 am in a rush, and it took us more than 15 minutes to COMPLETELY get our 3 sandwiches. First in line. We only got 2. When we went in, the manager Yarelli, noticeably with a mole. Laughed about the order, and then disrespectfully gave us her name afterwards. She also praised the worker who made a mistake. Typical McDonald’s behavior

The gentleman that took our order seemed to not understand what to do. It did seem like he was new and you could tell the manager was really trying. The food was hot and seemed to be fresh. The restaurant was clean and comfortable.

Very quick service even at the busiest of times. Good is normally very fresh. Fish sandwich was a bit disorganized with the cheese only half on the bun and the fish half on in the other Direction, good amount of tarter though.

90% of the time food is hard and obviously old. I rarely review places but I've lost a few teeth at this point because I get excited for a McChicken and end up with a rock.
I just got 2 burritos with hot sauce. The woman at the window was kind and had my order right but when I actually got my food there was no hot sauce. So I pulled around the front and went in. I was promptly ignored by the heavy set woman playing on her phone just standing there. Not a word, not even a look up and I know she knew I was there cuz I slammed the damn door when I walked in. She didn’t even look up from her phone when she dropped whatever food in the fryer. You’d think they want to do a better job with all the crap going around about McDonald’s right now. Get off your damn phone!! Do your job you’re getting paid for!!

stopped by for a rare big breakfast and they didn’t include the jam and the order tasted weird, like bleach. unable to eat biscuit without the jam. it’s like wasting 1/5 of the food i ordered. then the rest of tasted wet, like they bleached it after it hit the floor. i feel like they won’t serve fresh food if you use a reward code from the app. it seems like they even make dirtier food for mobile rewards customers. it’s one thing to make a mistake but a bad attitude to waste time and money to dirty up an order. this seems consistent with them. you need like the 8th share over there to make it work smoothly. you can maybe get a quality order out of the company if you completely surprise them with a visit during a busy period, but any amount of prep time and it’s a sarcastic joke
