Great phone order experience with Jasmine. Walked over from hotel and picked up food. Ordered Brisket and Pulled Pork. Brisket was good , Pulled Pork was so so. Got back to the hotel and no bbq sauce, not one. There were supposed to be 3. My fault for not checking at pickup, always check!!! On the phone order she mentioned they had 3 sauces and one of each would be in the order. It was kind of busy when I picked up. I would have thought the guy handing out the food would have either checked or at least asked if I wanted any which would’ve caught it. Wings without ranch, Mexican without hot sauce, BBQ without sauce, who does that to their customers? You should be ashamed!!
I think the food was too expensive for what I got, which was two meats and two sides for $28.

Food in general was ok for BBQ . Chicken was good. Beans and the fried pickles good. One of the few places toast was toasted on both sides. Mac and cheese, beef brisket, pulled pork , apples sauce was average. Service was great. Waitress notice that appetizer did not come out before another table which was order after ours and compensive it. We did not notice.

The steak was absolutely perfect—juicy, tender, and full of flavor. To top it off, the pumpkin cheesecake was out of this world, the perfect blend of creamy richness and warm spices. Even the appetizer set the tone for an amazing meal—it was just as impressive as the main course.
From start to finish, everything about Rib City exceeded expectations. It’s not just a meal—it’s an experience you’ll want to repeat! Highly recommend!

To be clear, I’m only writing this due to my experience this time. I have had good delicious meals here before. But this time I got take out… and went straight home with it… about 7 minutes. Everything was super cold and not crispy at all… like I just took it out of my fridge and decided to eat leftovers without reheating it. Super disappointed. And I really hate to complain… but they could have done me far better than they did. I wrote them a message all about it. We’ll see if they get back to me and make it right or not… if they do, I’ll write about that too:)

This place has great tasting food and reasonable prices. I got a to go order, The 3 meat combo came with 2 sides. I ordered ribs, brisket , and chicken for the meats. My 2 sides were the green beans & mac and cheese. All for $24 out the door, Everything tasted great. I recommend this restaurant, and if I come back to Rifle, Colorado, I will definitely eat here again . Sorry I didn't get pictures of the menu.

Stopped here on our way to Avon, and were originally from TX. The ribs are amazing! 5 stars out of 5! My husband had the brisket sandwhich & gave it a 3.5 out of 5 stars. Service was great ?? Highly recommend the ribs ;)
