Went to sonic in rifle 3 times now asked for supersonic double bacon cheeseburger. Somehow I end up with the regular one with onions and pickles on my burger. I’ve been very clear on what I have wanted and still they get the order wrong everytime. Cant say I’ll be back here.

We had to stop for a quick charge for the Tesla so decided to get some drinks. They don't have a filter on their water source, so the chlorine was too strong in the drinks to enjoy. Thankfully, we were able to get a refund in the app since I was not able to drink mine.

Stopped to charge the Tesla and got a sonic freeze or something to that effect. It was fine. Just like Dairy Queen’s blizzard. Clean bathroom but no hook to hang my coat and purse.

me and my brother decided to go to sonic and parked our vehicle in the parking lot “drive thru” and looked at the menu for around 5-6 minutes. when it was time to order we pressed the usual red button to start the order and i asked politely if i could have a “buffalo crunch wrap” and we got yelled at by a female manager saying “your at the wrong place, we don’t sell crunch wraps” in a rude tone then i proceed and apologize and then i ask again if they sell any “wraps” and she replied “are you going to keep being stupid or are you going to order” that coming from a manager that hires people to have good customer service makes me question who is running the establishment. then the manager proceeds to threaten us and try’s to kick us out/trespass for asking a question. i already left a complaint at the sonic support number and sent the establishment a video recording of the worker yelling at us. this happend on november 17th 2024 at 9:40 pm and it’s unacceptable.-if i could put 0 stars i would😡

Worst customer service. I ordered combos and they made me pay for every item and didn't even let me finish my order before she hung up on me and they didn't give me all my change back witch is theft.
