Rifle, CO location. Drinks were good service was rude. I have frequented this location for years and I had the worst experience I have ever had at any Starbucks. I ordered two drinks and asked to add one more drink to my order and the young girl who was at the window handled it in a very rude and non professional way. She shoved the card reader in my face, saying “yes but you have to go around again” her tone was abrupt and the way she said it was rude. I get that efficiency is a thing especially on a busy morning but the way she handled it was not Starbucks usual kind and positive energy. I have heard from others of her abrasive rude demeanor. I did not get her name but this was around 9:30 Saturday morning, September 20th. I am not one to complain or take things personally but this was so out of line as to my usual experience here that I feel the need to address it. When efficiency over rides the way you treat customers is where that was wrong

The Starbucks is a very nice location. The dining room is very spacious and well appointed with nice furniture. The restaurant is also very clean, including the bathrooms. The employees are very friendly and engaged in conversation. The coffee was great. I would come back here again. I would recommend this Starbucks to others.

They just recently renovated this Starbucks, and it looks great! It’s very cozy and has a busy yet calming atmosphere. The lady who served me was so sweet, and the drink I got was the best I’ve had so far at any Starbucks. They had the measurements just right!

Very disappointed. I had stopped by on my break to pick up my mobile order i had placed 15 before i arrived. My drink was ready but my food wasn’t. I sat there for 20 more minutes waiting on my food while i see and over hear two of the workers just standing there talking very negatively/harshly about one of their co-workers until another worker stopped what they were working on to get my food. They have their names displayed on them luckily. Very unprofessional of those two "older" women.
