I went to Starbucks to get a peppermint mocha specifically. We arrived at 8:30 in the morning and were told they were out of peppermint mocha for the day. The holiday drinks have only been available for two weeks and they already don't have them available. This happened twice at the Rifle Starbucks last holiday season as well. They are not well stocked for their holiday beverages.

Waited 20 minutes for a latte that was prepared incorrectly (we ordered half sweet, and the sticker/prep was DOUBLE sweet). $8 down the drain, as we couldnât wait another 20 minutes for a replacement drink. The bathrooms were also really dirty and the hand dryer didnât work. We only stopped here because we needed to be quick, and instead wasted a lot of time and ended up with no coffee. Fail.

Rifle, CO location. Drinks were good service was rude. I have frequented this location for years and I had the worst experience I have ever had at any Starbucks. I ordered two drinks and asked to add one more drink to my order and the young girl who was at the window handled it in a very rude and non professional way. She shoved the card reader in my face, saying âyes but you have to go around againâ her tone was abrupt and the way she said it was rude. I get that efficiency is a thing especially on a busy morning but the way she handled it was not Starbucks usual kind and positive energy. I have heard from others of her abrasive rude demeanor. I did not get her name but this was around 9:30 Saturday morning, September 20th. I am not one to complain or take things personally but this was so out of line as to my usual experience here that I feel the need to address it. When efficiency over rides the way you treat customers is where that was wrong

The Starbucks is a very nice location. The dining room is very spacious and well appointed with nice furniture. The restaurant is also very clean, including the bathrooms. The employees are very friendly and engaged in conversation. The coffee was great. I would come back here again. I would recommend this Starbucks to others.
