Always disappointed when I go to this location but today it was unfriendly enough to leave a review. Ordered on the app, was given the wrong drinks. Let them know it was wrong and went to pull up my order as Tamara made a rude comment about my face and argued that this is what I ordered. Then she was told she read the ticket wrong and made the wrong drink, instead of apologizing she blamed it on a man making the ticket abbreviations, then made the right drink but loudly complained how annoying these drinks are to make. Theresa and Tamara I believe were the ones working.

I love coffee, but the service is very bad in the morning. The lady was very rude to me and when I asked for a straw she made gestures at me. I didn't like that my day started like that.

Middle aged blonde woman that works there was incredibly rude before I even tried to order a drink. I will not be back here if I see that she is working because she should not be in a customer service role.

waited in line for 5 minutes to ask for a single cup nothing in it to just get denied i even offered to pay for the cup with nothing in it still getting denied, something needs to change

Ordered a dry cappuccino and got an extremely hot and heavy drink. More like a latte. Too hot to drink or sip. I worked for Starbucks nearly ten years and thought I better speak up. I talked to the manager who did absolutely nothing except to tell me that’s the way they come out with the new upgraded machine. My drink wasn’t what I ordered but they didn’t remake it. Terrible service. No one cared I wasn’t happy with my order! Boo hoo!? I told her I won’t be coming back and she didn’t seem to care. I was just trying to help her avoid more unsatisfied customers by adjusting the temperature.
