No power at my house, but Casa Calaca had a delicious chicken enchilada special! Lovely flowers and water feature in the shade on their patio, perfect! 👌 And artwork with the sopaipillas! Caramba!!
We stayed very close to Casa Calaca while on a recent visit to Salida. We didn't try ot until our last night and we are sorry we waited. We probably would have gone again if we tried it earlier.
The Margaritas are delicious with fresh squeezed lime juice.
Of course chips and salsa are always good, but we loved their spicy salsa.

The food was mediocre at best. The enchiladas were maybe enchiladas given the ingredients used. The rice was oddly sweet and did not have the best flavor. Everything was edible, but I was in no way impressed by my meal. The others were much better....
