It’s been over six years since I have had these fries from the truck that used to park by the Salida Hot Springs Pool. They are just as amazing as they were then. The Cuban sandwich is more amazing than any I’ve ever tasted. Eric is a food artist! It’s so great to be able to enjoy a meal in a comfortably warm space.

What a find in Salida. I knew we hit a winner when our kids asked me to go back and order more…
We had a couple of Classic Bacon Burgers, with sides of fries. The burger was perfect, nicely cooked with a crust. The bun was spot on, not too bready, and fit the burger nicely.
My favorite was the chicken salad sandwich. A good portion, tasty, with just a bit of tang. I would order this again in a heartbeat.
Oh yeah, not to be forgotten, I am a sucker for coleslaw. I could eat their homemade version all day and be content.
Thanks Eric, for letting us hang out and eat our second round. It was a pleasure to meet you, and looking forward to seeing you again soon.

Best burger and fries! Just like the reviews say, best burger, crispy hot French fries, and super friendly staff. The owner will buzz by your table and talk to you, so don't be anti social. Recognized for his training under a French Chef and cooking for the Army, the owner locally sources about 75% of his products. Other than all these accolades, he brews up some creative green and red chilis. I would definitely put this on your must try list whether you are a local or visiting the area. Pro tip: split the fries.
