An absolute grand slam 5 star restaurant. Get the fries, yeah yeah whatever get the fries. I have never in my life had fries that didn't need ANYTHING added. I am floored aka it slaps.

The Crossroads is an absolute gem! Anytime I drive through Salida, I stop here. It can be challenging to find safe food while traveling if you have celiac, but it’s not at all challenging at The Crossroads. They are extremely knowledgeable about preventing cross contamination and take all the precautions you can even think of to prevent CC. On top of that, they have delicious food that you can tell is made with a lot of care and pride and from high quality ingredients. The...
