It’s been over six years since I have had these fries from the truck that used to park by the Salida Hot Springs Pool. They are just as amazing as they were then. The Cuban sandwich is more amazing than any I’ve ever tasted. Eric is a food artist! It’s so great to be able to enjoy a meal in a comfortably warm space.

We had a couple of Classic Bacon Burgers, with sides of fries. The burger was perfect, nicely cooked with a crust. The bun was spot on, not too bready, and fit the burger nicely.
My favorite was the chicken salad sandwich. A good portion, tasty, with just a bit of tang. I would order this again in a heartbeat.

We stopped in here while in town. Absolutely love the atmosphere. I was glad it was kid friendly since I’m traveling with 3 kids under 6. Definitely will be back for burgers and hand cut fries again!
