The past 3 times ive tried ordering from this place, my food has arrived 1-2 hours late, completely cold. Can't get anyone to answer the phone when you call to ask about your order. On the website tracker they mark your order as delivered 5-10 minutes after its out of the oven, so you cant track when the estimated delivery will be even though you can see on the map the delivery driver just sitting in the parking lot. Making other deliveries is understandable for a wait, but being told your food got delivered an hour ago just to find out the driver hasn't even left the store?

If you want delivery, go Moonlight. Otherwise choose literally any other store.

(Update, the food just never arrived and the store closed)

Holy cow! Complained when my order arrived 1 hour after it left the over. The driver THREATENED ME. Came back after leaving. Had to call the cops and file a restraining order. CRAZY. Great job, Dominos!

I can’t give a 0 or I would! My daughter ordered a pizza and the pizza she got she thought was just cheesy and then realized it was pure dough! She took a video and went to see the so called manager Chris and he refused to giver her her money back and told her to bad! On top of it all they got food poisoning and missed a day of work!!

Placed a delivery order and when I called after two hours I was told that they were closed and no food was going out. I’ve called multiple times for a refund but the manager will not call back, the employees do not leave notes for him to call you back, so now I’m out $30+ dollars to a company who absolutely will not accept responsibility for mishaps. Never ordering from them again. Go support local pizza, not thieves.

I placed an order for delivery. They took my order, prepared it, quality checked it, and sent the driver out to deliver. 10 minutes into the drive they cancelled my order. When I called and asked why this happened the person on the phone was incredibly rude to me for no reason. Seems like they wanted to eat my order. Anyways, I would avoid interacting with this Dominos as the people that work there are miserable and unhelpful. Enjoy my pizza and wings, we will go elsewhere and recommend others do the same!

Order from moonlight pizza, pizza rio, or go to Safeway and get a totinos party pizza.
The staff lied to me when I went to the drive through staff said it would be 7 to 10 minutes. I go inside and wait for another 30 minutes with no one managing the register. Then after waiting for an hour the jerk of a staff member got upset with me because I was a little upset that my order was not even put in the oven yet, I took I big sigh and walked away. He told me “calm down it’s just a pizza.” I told him that the app indicated my pizza was hot and in a box. He said that’s not my problem. I said it is now give me my gd money back. Needless to say I was very angry. I sent a complaint to corporate with a zero response. What a pathetic way to run a company Bailey team. I understand that people make mistakes I do and when I do with a customer I tell them that I will do whatever it takes to make it right, to turn a bad situation into a good one. If my boss found out that I told a customer to “calm down it’s just a……..” I would not have a job anymore. This review could have been completely avoided if the staff member would have seen my frustration and and just asked what he could do to make it right. This review could have been a good one if I thought I was being taken care of by the store or by corporate. But I was not. It’s worth to not have this experience and get “just a pizza” from anywhere else.

Ordered 2 pizzas and some dessert. Had to call after an hour plus of waiting to ask about our food. No explanation was given. Finally, after 2 hours, it showed up cold and burnt and the delivery driver was on their cell phone! “We will try harder next time” Ha! Trust me, if you want pizza in Salida, order from Moonlight.

I understand mistakes I really do and I try hard to be understanding but the last 3 times I’ve order from here every single time they mess up my order. I called at 10:07 am to place an order for my work crew told them I needed ready by 12:30 I walk in at 12:25 and they just start making my order I ask the clerk and he said he made a mistake and accidentally put midnight. I said no worriess I understand mistakes at least the food will be freash. I get home and my hand tossed pizza is a flat as it gets. I didn’t want thin crust or I would’ve order thin. The past Order I ordered garlic twist when they were still twist and instead I got cinnamon twist ( ironically they didn’t even put icing for that ) Chris the driver also told me he triple check and that the ranch was in the bag ( it was not) as he was already frustrated with me for calling in again two hours after I place more order for delivery and I hadn’t heard nothing from the store . I love dominos but hate the one in salida don’t order from here your food won’t be on time and 80 percent of the time won’t be made right. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but I’m tired of wasting money here.
