I came to Salida to drop stuff off from Lakewood and was hungry. Found this food trailer and stopped by. I ordered 3 Carne asada tacos. Omg they are amazing. Yum yum. Going back to Lakewood won't be as boring with these yummy tacos. ?

Fast friendly service and absolutely delicious food. I got a verde chicken burrito and it was perfect. Even with the mild salsa the burrito still had a little bit of kick which I appreciate.Burrito is a bit on the smaller side. But it was so good I didn’t really care. I will definitely come back here.

Fresh, fast and fantastic food! We are new-ish to the area and are so happy to discover this spot. We have tried the chicken tacos and the quesadilla. Both were delicious and amazing! We have already been here twice this week! This will definitely be one of our regular stops for a delicious and affordable dinner.

We saw the along the side of US50, stopped and found a gem. Fresh and flavorful street tacos were wonderful. Especially like the Carne Asada tacos. Will come again
I ordered the 3 chicken street tacos and they were very tasty. I relaxed in the shade under the shade tree's waiting for my food enjoying the weather. I will definitely go back to this place before I leave town.

Passing through town on our trip from Virginia and so glad we found this place !We got carne asada tacos and both me and my partner are particular - he likes no pico and I like no cheese or sour cream and there were no issues !Delicious , the extra dollar for carne asada was so worth it. Great texture , flavor and not abunch of fat like some places.I also asked for a side of rice and beans - the rice is white but nice and fluffy and the beans were whole pinto and they gave salt to sprinkle on the beans since they usually put in the burritos only - perfect taste ! We got the spicy hot cause and it was flavorful AND the right amount of heat.Friendly service , good energy and smiles.It's a cute food truck and outside picnic tables had shade and sun, you could hear nearby running water. A must try!
