Delicious food!! So glad it’s back! Thank you for a great lunch.
Great food and customer service. Would absolutely recommend!
Wouldn't know how to rate them, they are closed on one of the 3 days they're supposed to be open.

We absolutely LOVE this restaurant and try to go as much as possible when we visit salida from Denver. Honestly the food here (Pho particularly) is all homemade by the owner and it really shows by the incredible flavors and detail in each dish. Our kids loved that she has boba drinks as well!
Can’t wait to come back!!

I ordered Salmon spring roll and it was steak spring roll. I don't eat meat only fish and veggies. I was in the middle of eating it and realized it was steak. Absolutely unacceptable.
Dietary restrictions: They messed up order for someone that doesn't eat steak had steak in it.
Having heard for years about how great this place is I was really looking forward to eating there. Now having done so, I can't imagine how people think the food is great. The pho was average. The peanut sauce had a funky texture and an even funkier smell. Hard pass. The people I was with went for the bahn mi; they said it was ok. What made the experience truly awful was the service. It was slow, even by Salida standards. The real insult was that there were people in line behind us who got their food well before we did. Apparently you don't wait as long if you are pals with the owner. We didn't get the coffees we ordered until we were ready to leave: this is a place that requires an hour and fifteen minutes to make Vietnamese coffee. You pay and tip when you order, so if you don't have all afternoon to wait around you just write it off. Hard pass on that, too.
Parking: Smallish strip mall parking lot, but there is ample street parking nearby.

The lady at the register was so rude. If you don’t like customer service don’t have a business.
