Highly recommend Little Cambodia. Since if the best pho I've had and everyone there was friendly and more than welcoming. Great find on our way through Salida!
Maybe it was a bad night with missing staff… Little Cambodia had issues. We experienced very slow service. Food was okay but not on point. Banh Mi was the best thing we ordered. Contrary to what another poster said, the Drunken Noodles are not the best in the world. They were sub par for me. Staff apologized and tried their best. Might return one day. Prefer Sherpa nearby.

My sister and I both got the shrimp fried rice. It was dry, some of the rice was burnt, no seasoning whatsoever. Just bland. Adding soy sauce to it didn't help at all.

The owner was really friendly, and the restaurant itself was spacious, giving the kids a chance to play on the stage, which they loved. The food was decent, and the service was good, making for an enjoyable experience overall. Would definitely return!

Nothing authentic. Pretty clear everything including the pho broth is straight up Sysco.
Completely disappointed ! Worst Pho I’ve ever ate … the broth was bland, barely any flavor, zero star anise flavor, small pieces of meat and very few pieces at all…. Complete bowl of disaster. I also ordered papaya salad.. which came out with very little papaya on a bed of lettuce … there was no mention of it being more than half LETTUCE !!! If I wanted lettuce I would ordered an American salad … it was actually the worst example of papaya salad I’ve ever seen ! Also why name your restaurant “ little Cambodia “ when you only serve ONE Cambodian dish?? Oh!! And that ONE dish was not available lol the rest of the menu is Vietnamese and Thai food … also the waiter never asked if I needed a refill. Even though my glass sat empty for half the meal…I felt sorry for the guy and still gave him a 18% tip… wayyy too much for someone who ignores his customers drinks…please change the name to “ bland generic Asian restaurant”…. Do not waste your time or money if you expect authentic Asian food.

The pho was tasteless and almost all noodles. They didn't have the side vegetables that most Vietnamese restaurants have. We eat a lot of Vietnamese food and this was really bad.

Arrived at 5:50pm and was promptly seated and asked what we wanted to drink. I got a Sprite that tasted like plain soda water and the other person ordered Coke that was flat. We then put in our order of just pho and dumplings. We waited until 6:35pm and the food was still not ready. After throwing a few dollars on the table for the soda water, we walked out. It doesn't take 40+min to put pho broth in a bowl with rice noodles.

After four days of bikepacking in the mountains, my buddy and I were excited for some real food, especially Cambodian cuisine. We ordered pho, papaya salad, and pot stickers, but ended up waiting over 45 minutes with no updates and no drink refills. The restaurant was nearly empty on a weekday around noon, which made the slow service even more disappointing. In the end, we just paid for our drinks and went elsewhere. Overall, very dissatisfied with this place.
