McDonald's changed their ice cream. It's awful now. It's not smooth and creamy. It's grainy and not flavorful. I'm so disappointed in the branch's decision to change it.

It was 45 minutes before they supposedly closed via Google. My best friend ordered food through the drive-through and already paid and they told us to leave because they were “closed” very horrible experience. I would not recommend anybody in the state of Colorado to come to this McDonald’s honestly I think it needs to be shut down like all the other franchises in Salida, and if you are reviewing this, do not eat at the sonic in Salida it’s awful. It’s gross. It’s greasy it’s smelly horrible customer service not only when you order it’s gonna take at least an hour for you to get your food and no guarantee it’s gonna be correct. I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody honestly I think the mayor of Salida needs to get his head out of his rear end and actually open some good fast food franchises in this small town!

It might be silly to put a review on fast food but this staff is amazing and so friendly here. Dawn and Terry are by far some of the NICEST people, they are always smiling and just nice to interact with. I have never had a problem with any of my orders and dawn makes the best half cut ice teas. Fast good staff work extremely hard and salida mc d's is awesome!
I got food poisoning from the lunch deal, which included the chicken tenders. Not good, sick for 2 day's.

Went on Friday night and Saturday morning. Food was very good. I could see the associates in back and up front working diligently to get all the orders processed. Service was outstanding from Andre, who was there late and early! He was doing everything... taking orders, delivering to tables, cleaning up people's messes. Friday night there were some noisy teens and Saturday morning I met my first "Karen". She came up to Andre and started yelling at him because one of the customers was asleep at their table and Andre wasn't telling him to leave. Well Andre didn't have time because he was handling customers'orders, one right after the other! I mentioned this to "Karen" and she yelled at me. Well Andre handled himself with professionalism and poise. McDonalds is fortunate to have him and the other folks as employees.
