Any time that I come to Salida for a doctor's appointment I look forward to stopping by Mo Burritos. I ordered the chicken bowl with Cilantro lime rice, pinto beans, sautéed veggies, cheese, corn, light lettuce, olives, onions, cilantro, guacamole, and sour cream. I could barely eat a 1/4th of a bowl and it was delicious. They always have outstanding customer service and their sweet tea is so good. We will be back.

Hit and miss, mostly miss lately for me. 3 straight times now I've had several very hard (uncooked?) brown rice in my burritos/bowls, making every bite crunchy. This 3rd time, tonight, may be the last time we go.

The Black Bean Breakfast Burrito was surprisingly good. Great meat substitute in a breakfast burrito.They also have gender neutral restrooms which I think is great
