Favorite place to get smoked meat and Mac and cheese! Pork belly bites and pulled pork are definitely 5 star (10 star if I’d be able) Will definitely go back!? great atmosphere. Friendly folks.

Amazing food! Had the Gyro and Pork green chili. The taziki sauce had a great hint of citrus and the green chili was actually chili, not a stew like many other places. Chunks of pork, not overly salty, good texture. Great food truck, I hope they stick around for a long time to come

Mountain Pass Panini is the best food place to eat in Canon City. I reside in Canon City and frustrated with the lack of good service and food Canon City cannot offer. What a breath of fresh air when this food truck is in town! Jeff and Sarah are wonderful people and go above and beyond to make you happy! And the food! The food is beyond expectation, do yourself a service and eat at Mountain Pass Panini! P.s the Breakfast burrito will know your socks off and the paninis are the best I've ever had! Keep up the great work you two!

The food was EXCELLENT and we enjoyed the friendly service. We ordered the Philly, Western Gyro, and a side of Green Chili. Everything was filled with top notch ingredients, full of flavor, the Pita was fresh and soft. You won't find this quality in most restaurants. Can't wait to go back! Well done Mountain Pass Panini!!!

Great little food truck, friendly guy, pretty quick service. They're usually parked by the shipping depot near the Soulcraft brewery.
