Had to be in Salida for a medical procedure. After this was done I stopped at Osake and tried their poke bowls. It was delicious, the service was great the atmosphere was very nice and turned a questionable experience into a great experience before I left.
Sushi was good and presented well. The pad Thai chicken was mainly a pound of noodles and dry chicken breast. Menu selection needs to be trimmed down. Way too much to choose from.

Pad Thai was so so. We asked for their hot chili sauce and that improved the taste quite a bit. For some reason they dont just bring it out. Sushi was decent but we just had one roll as an appetizer. Spring rolls were fried but good. There is a lot on the menu so
