Got a Pita from the food truck at the Home and Garden Show. It had a huge serving of meat and very fresh vegetables. The staff were friendly and efficient. Highly recommend this place.

I ordered the Souvlaki with Chicken and it was DELICIOUS! Fresh, flavorful and thoughtfully put together. I can’t wait to return and try out another option as I’m pretty sure it’s all going to hit the spot! I’m just sorry now I didn’t grab some Hummus for a later treat but I’ll be back shortly!!

My wife and I were searching for a place to relax and get a late lunch. We had been two days on the road and wanted something that was light and healthy after too many burgers. We stumbled across Peaks and Pitas. Weren’t thinking of eating outside but the menu looked good. Wow the food was really good. It was at a good price and came out fast. The service was helpful and friendly, and eating outside was nicer than I thought it would be. The canopies give shade and a nice breeze flowed thru the area. We were impressed and this stop was just what we needed. Thank you. We will be back the next time we are in Salida!

My wife and I stumbled upon Peaks n Pitas on a lunch walk while visiting Salida. It seemed like a nice, fresh option for lunch. The service was so friendly and fast! And they were even tolerant when one of our doggos where less than well behaved. Same to be said about the other patron at the time, thanks to you both, she's a rescue and a bit scared.The food was delicious, the greens were crisp and the pita was perfect. I'd go again in a heartbeat!

Came across Peaks 'n Pitas as we were walking around town and really enjoyed it. We ordered the chicken shawarma and a large plate to share. Plus a homemade lemonade that hit the spot on a warm summer night. The food was fresh and flavorful and the harissa nicely spicy. The owner was super friendly and you can tell takes pride in her dishes. Highly recommend Peaks 'n Pitas!
