Nice place for prime rib on Friday nights. The service was great and they dealt well with a group of happy fishermen. The food was very good, and served well. Prices are great. Better than places up in Denver.

Quincy's only has 1 item per day on its menu. Sun-Thurs is Filet Mignon and on Fri & Sat, they serve prime rib. Your only choice is the size of protein and temperature you like. All proteins are served with a small wedge salad, bread, and a baked potato.This meal was peefection!! I loved every bit of it that only the lettuce garnish was left. Our server was magnificent and was on top of all the tables.If you're in the area, you have to stop by Quincy's!

We loved the meal - filet mignon was great and so was the loaded potato and salad! Michelle was a delight and took great care of us - so grateful for a late night dinner when passing through Salida.
This is really a great place to eat they have a large selection but I wish they had more gluten free items

Definitely 5 stars! Our best dinner meal in Salida. Christina, our beautiful server is wonderful and friendly. We love the fillet mignon steak 6oz set and desserts especially the “turtle” cheesecake.Note that they no longer open for lunch.
I've been to a Quincys in Leadville and it was great! This was by far the worst meal I've ever paid for. The water tasted like soap. The whole restaurant smelled like an uncleaned grease trap. We went on filet mignon night and it wasn't filet mignon and was wrapped in rancid bacon. One bite and I couldn't eat anymore. The service was good but our server was excellent. Don't go unless you have two bathrooms at home.
This place is excellent, great prices and the steak is really good.

Best steakhouse ever! The perfect restaurant for Ron Swanson. No nonsense menu with excellent prices and one entree option. Choose the size of your steak. Comes with salad, baked potato, and bread. If I lived in Salida, I would go there every week.

Quincy’s is a family style restaurant where you go there for either steak or prime rib depending on the day. The food is great and the atmosphere is excellent. The drinks are cheaper than most restaurants and the desserts are fantastic.

My husband and I stopped at the Salida Co Quincys. I ordered a well done cheeseburger and it came out a while later very rare. The waitress had two other order errors at the same time. She glared at me and after a bit came back saying it would be replaced. About 1/2 hour later she told me the burger was ready and I asked for it to go. When she finally brought it to us she apologized but no deductions on the bill (which she gave another table). We did not leave a tip and as we pulled out of the parking lot she opened the door and flipped us off. I would give this a negative review if I could.
