Excellent (insanely speedy!) pizza and friendly service with a laid back, family friendly atmosphere and great music. They have a wide variety of options (both traditional and creative), with something for everyone (at a fair price).
Oh my gosh! Excellent wood fired pizza!! Our vacations consist of national parks, breweries, and pizza joints (many breweries are also the pizza joint). And we keep a running list of our top pizza places. After 40+ national parks across the US, Red Truck has made our top 5 list. Now I realize there are a lot more pizza joints out there we haven’t had yet, but Red Truck has been marked on my list as a must return.
If Red Truck were in Denver, it would absolutely be our top spot for pizza, it's that good. After trying Red Truck and then a pizza place in downtown Salida the next day, we all agreed that Red Truck was noticeably better and ended up coming back yet again during our trip, at the urging of our 9-year-old.
